Introduction
In the public eye, police represents strong, positive and friendly. However, a rare incident happened in 2006 causing death of two police officers had aroused public attention. On one hand, it was shocked to find out that the murderer was also a police. On the other hand, this murderer was found involved in other three incidents happened from 2001 to 2006.
According to news report, the first incident happened on 14th March, 2001. Tsui Po Ko murdered Constable Leung Shing Yan and stole his fully loaded Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver, and one extra clip of six bullets. Leung died of five times shooting in short range. He was found at the fire door in 552 Shek To House Block B in Shek Wai Kok Estate (Tsang & Chow, 2007).
The second incident happened on 5th December 2001, Tsui masked and carried out an armed bank robbery of a Hang Seng Bank branch at Belvedere Garden in Tsuen Wan. In this incident, Tsui killed a Pakistani security guard Zafar Iqbal Khan by three shoots and stole HK$500,000 (Tsui, 2007).
The last incident happened on 17th March, 2006. On that day, Tsui was off duty and tied to ambushed two police officers in a Tsim Sha Tsui underground subway. Constable Sin Ka Keung was shot in face and leg, but survived. Unfortunately, Constable Tsang Kwok Hang was shot in the head and died. And Tsui himself was dead after being shot by Tsang for five times. (Tsui, 2007)
On 25th April, 2007, Tsui was decided that he was responsible for killing Constable Leung Shing Yan, security guard Zafar Iqbal Khan and Constable Tsang Kwok Hang unanimously by a five person jury. He was also shot lawfully by Tsang (Tsang & Chow, 2007).

...to show that he was more outstanding than his colleagues, without hurting others. Therefore, he chose to imitate those robbers. However, at last, he killed Pakistani security guard Zafar Iqbal Khan.
Tsui was not intended to kill anyone at first, so he felt great guilty. He tried to use different reasons to rationalize his action. According to Neutralization Theory, people give excuses and justification in order to rationalize one’s criminal behaviours. (Sykes & Matza, 1957). In this case, Tsui denied his responsibility by blaming Hong Kong Police Force for not appreciating his ability and forced him to do so. Besides, he denied the existence of victims and thought that the bank, with a lot of money, deserved this lost of money. On the other hand, he also thought that the security guard deserved his death because he was the obstacle for Tsui to perform his robbery.
Not long after Dianne Lavigne’s murder on June 26th 1997, the perpetrators began to receive the penalties of their actions. Stephane Gagne, who was a shooter in both murders, was arrested on December 5th 1997. He pleaded guilty to Dianne’s murder and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. He cut a deal with the prosecution where he received 140$ a month for privileges in prison and 400$ a month for his son. In exchange, he agreed to be the main witness for the first-degree murder trail against “Mom” Boucher for both murders in 2002 . Tousignant, who was the second shooter in the murder, was told by Boucher to lay low. Instead, he got involved in a drunken argument at a saloon that raised concerns of him being a loose cannon. Boucher took precautions to ensure that he would not be another snitch used in his trial and on December 6th of 1997 called “Touts” in. He was later found February 7th 1998 near Bromont fingerless and scorched with several bullet wounds . Boucher was first tried in 1998 for masterminding the assassinations a...
On August 01st, 1966 on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin, many families lost their loved ones to the actions of Charles Whitman, a lone gunman who was only 25 years old at the time; Whitman climbed the campus tower, and with three rifles, two pistols, and a sawed-off shotgun, he shot forty-three people, (thirteen of whom died,) in just under ninety-six minutes. This historic tragic event became known as the UT Tower Shooting.
Moreover, there were biological factors (nature) that contributed to his murderous spree. The underdeveloped prefrontal cortex of Malvo pushed him to perform violent acts since he was not using the part of the brain that sorts out consequences. Due to this Muhammad had a golden opportunity to slide in and brainwash, manipulate, and abuse him. It is difficult to label whether nature or nurture dictates the criminality of an individual but in Malvo’s case it did show that that the Bio-Psycho-Social factors worked simultaneously and contributed to the birth of a serial murderer known as the DC sniper.

John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo are two murderers that are known as the Beltway Sniper. Muhammad and Malvo killings are known to be random, which categorizes their killings as a killing spree. Dubbed the “Baton Rouge Serial Killer” Derrick Todd Lee was only one of two serial killers working the Baton Rouge area during the time between 1992 and 2004. Lee is a black male, who lived with his wife and children St. Francisville, LA. Lee had avoided being caught for many years because an eye witness had told authorities the suspect was a white male (Mustafa, Clayton & Israel, 2006). This information was very believable because most serial killers do not cross racial lines when choosing their victims and all of Lee’s victims were white except one (Mustafa, Clayton & Israel, 2006). Lee was eventually named as the suspect in 2002 when DNA tests revealed the killer was a black male (Stewart, Boyd, M., & Nunnally, D. (2002). He was arrested in 2003 and now lives on death row in Louisiana State Penitentiary.
At 12:30 P.M., JFK's convertible drove past the Texas Bookstore Depository and onto Elm Street, where to the right was the grassy knoll. In that same spot, the grassy knoll, Abraham Zapruder had his 8mm camera, recording an event that would drastically change history (Fertzer 65-72). The first shot missed the convertible completely. The second shot hit the President in the upper right back and exited through his neck, continuing on to Governor Connelly's back, through his chest, and hitting his wrist upon exiting. The third shot struck JFK in the head killing him instantly. At 1:50 P.M. Lee Harvey Oswald was taken into custody after resisting arrest and killing officer J.D. Tippit (North 2...

As Imelda Marcos said in the documentary, ”Marcos is not stupid”. The dictator knew too well that if anything happened to the martyr, all fingers and blame will be pointed at him. And if he wanted to kill the martyr, he could have done so while the latter was still imprisoned here in the country. But one can say that the dictator was going to kill the martyr “sa tamang panahon”.
