STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
I will begin by introducing myself as Girish Reddy Edula, completed my graduation from Srinidhi Vaughn college of aeronautics and technology , affiliated to Vaughn college of aeronautics and technology ,Flushing ,New York, which is one of the finest institutions in imparting technical education in India. Standing at the threshold of my career, with an array of career choices open to me, I have decided to earn a Maters in International Business from a prestigious institution that will pave my future towards success.
Academically I have been a bright student throughout my studies. I passed high school (tenth grade) with 85.5% and intermediate (twelth grade) with 84.6%. I have been qualified to study my undergraduate course in AVIONICS from SVCAT, which is one of the top schools for Aviation in India, through an entrance test and passed with an over all average of 74%.

I was the Silver Medalist in RGPV university specific in Electronics and Instrumentation Branch and completed my under graduation Engineering with honors (80%). I was also the member of student council in college for two consecutive years and represented class as Class Representative. This helped me owing to my excellence in communication skills and managing events organized at college level.
For my under graduate studies, I opted for “Information Technology” in SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce. During the course of the study I understood the fundamentals of IT through the Programming language and database courses. After my undergraduate education, the strong desire to understand the global business management process and the requirements of the industry propelled me to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in “International Business” from Pillai’s Institute of Management and Research. I was endowed with subjects like Supply chain Management and Customer Relationship management, Shipping and Logistics Management, International trade operations and MIS for Global Organisations. To begin something new, you must sacrifice something old. To enter the real world, you must graduate from your childhood. Childhood is the delicate phase of every adolescent's life where they must mature into their own person, with their own responsibilities. Although every individual will eventually bloom with their own personality, morals, and perspectives, the education and values we learn and see along the way add to the fingers that mold. We begin when we are born, and are taken in by strangers.
The intensity of today's global economy challenges corporate executives to compete successfully with anybody, anywhere, and at any time. Which brings about the reason for this paper, which will include some advantages and disadvantages of global management. Even if someone does not want to specialize in international management, there are some important advantages to getting international experience. With more American companies looking to overseas markets for growth, there's a high demand for people with international expertise. Someone can also gain a surprising amount of power, because it is almost a given fact that the person with the international knowledge will get first selection on the most important and interesting jobs.

Starting off with my academic’s, I completed my schooling from Sacred Heart High School, Hyderabad, India. Reflecting the above thought, a Graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration from IBS-Hyderabad now with a dream to fulfill the constant urge to learn and acquire knowledge takes pride in applying for the Masters of Science in Marketing at Canada's one of the prestigious Institutes, John Molson School of Business. With a sound school background I have successfully completed my 10 years of schooling and secured 85.3% in my X standard. My innate strengths have been my quantitative and analytical abilities, which instilled in me a special interest in mathematics and made me to take up mathematics, physics and chemistry as my majors in my pre-university education wherein I secured an aggregate of 88.9%. I took up Electronics and Electrical as my discipline from CVR College of Engineering, affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, one of the premier institutes in India and was graduated with 65.96%. To me and many others, our childhood were years were even the most impossible of dreams were very possible realities. Remember when childhood meant going out and rolling about in the mud? Remember when childhood meant everyday was a new adventure. One day we were sailing the seas with swashbuckling pirates, the next exploring new worlds and then battling ferocious dragons with noble knights. We never wanted it to end, growing up was the last thing on our little minds.
Right from my school, I have developed special interest in mathematics and physics. I participated in mathematics Olympiads and got good grades. I got 91.1 % in my S.S.C examination which is equivalent to 10th standard. This interest made me to take up mathematics, physics and chemistry (M.P.C) as core subjects in my intermediate. I had secured good grades in my 12th with 97.6% aggregate. I was also placed in the top 1% in the engineering entrance examination(973rd rank out of 3,00,000 students).

Childhood is the most unforgettable period of my life. Everyone has childhood memories. My childhood memories took place in Eritrea. These memories that are happiest and saddest memories are still in my mind. Sometimes I remember things that have happened in my childhood period and they just make me laugh. Childhood memories can be bad or good, but we can’t forget them. For these reasons, childhood memories are the most important parts of my life.
