Part Time Work for Students
Part time job helps students find out many important lessons that can last a lifetime. Although having a job while studying is a challenge, students can still learn how to handle responsibility and be able to depend on themselves. Students during work will communicate with people and this will make them have more relationships. Some students are forced to have part time job because they struggle with financial difficulties. The reason that some students need a part time job is to help their parents pay their needs. However, many people are against the idea of students having a part time job because they think that it is the reason for failing in school. There are many benefits for a students to work part time such as having a better time management skills, gain experience and learn the value of money.
First of all, students who work part time will have a good time management. These students will have no difficulties from doing their duties and will have enough time for doing other things. Jibril (2012) claims in his article that students who have part time work and go to schools will be more prepared and planned. Students will have more duty and it will be mandatory for them to organize their times in order to complete their requirements. Moreover, it is important for students to manage their time so that it would be more easier for them to succeed in their study. Making a schedule to manage the students times helps them a lot, it is the best way to organize between studying, working and other activities. In conclusion, there are three main advantages that benefits the student to have a part time job: having a good organization ability, grow knowledge and understand the importance of money. Students will be able to manage their time, so they will have enough of time to share with their family. Many students will learn new information during their work and they will use them in their future career. Besides, they will use money only in necessary needs. Student who wants a job must be serious, he needs to concentrate on both studying and working. Also, they should not give up if they faced some difficulties, they have to deal with these difficulties in a positive attitude and work harder.
