One of the most widespread changes is the use of the Internet to develop more efficient communications between suppliers and users of goods and services. This process is called intermediation. In this module we will look at how new Internet-based technologies have revolutionized business communications. First we will define intermediation. Then we will examine how technology has affected business communications. Finally, we will look at some of the online technologies that are helping businesses communicate better, faster and more cost-effectively.

E-Commerce: Changing Face of Business
At the dawn of the new millennium, if we look back at the last century, we will realize the changes the world has seen. And even the changes are becoming rapid. The main reason of changes is technological innovation. The ever-changing technology has affected business as well like it has affected all other walks of life.
What is the Internet? The Internet is a global computer network providing a variety of information and communications facilities, consisting of interconnected networks using standardized communcation protocols.
Throughout the French and Indian War, it was known that George Washington had immense power but little patience. For instance, in “George Washington and the patience of power” written by David Hein quote from Edmund S. Morgan, “Washington’s genius lay in his understanding of power, both military power and political power, an understanding unmatched by that of any of his contemporaries.” When General Washington led the army to fight the British he had lost more battles than he won. But, the most important lesson he learned from those lost battles was patience, which he gained as a quality of leadership. Moreover, the attributes of being patient helped General Washington learn to understand the limitation of his powers and what his subordinates needed to press forward. To illustrate, General Washington declared that “Patience is a noble virtue, and, when rightly exercised, does not fail of its reward” As General Washington continues to define himself as a man with patience of power, he achieved nobility which earned him the title as the best person to be Commander-in-Chef during the Revolutionary
Despite this, Olivia still found and married a man that she likes in the end and is happy. She found happiness with love and the person that she chose who is Sebastian even though she wanted Cesario but they are twins. “Plight me the full assurance of your faith, / That my most jealous and too doubtful soul” (4.3.26-27). These lines show Olivia’s willingness to marry Sebastian and her wanting him to be in a loving relationship together. In conclusion, Olivia is a very strong woman who found her light in the darkness and found love with Sebastian despite her not having freedom of choice over her husband and the death of her
Finally, Olivia officially tells Viola (Caesario) that she loves him after Viola delivers another message to Olivia. Olivia tells Caesario that she has been in love with him ever since she first saw him, and that she cannot hold it anymore. She cares not about what her society would think about her for falling in love with a person not from her class. The reader knows that Viola is not interested at all in Olivia since she is in love with Orsino. Lady Olivia’s love for Caesario illustrates a universal truth about life that when someone is in love, he/she will do whatever it takes to show the other person that they love them. They are willing to sacrifice everything they’ve got for their love. In this case, Olivia is sacrificing her social status and reputation.
Global Positioning System (GPS) technology has been on the market for a number of years now. Originally developed by the military for logistical tracking and navigation, it has seen a number of applications for personal and commercial uses in recent years, with more coming down the development pipeline. GPS uses a constellation of low earth orbit satellites to determine the exact longitude, latitude and altitude of the user or vehicle with the tracking monitor. This location is determined by using trilateration between at least three, and preferably four satellites overhead.
The following is a brief illustration of the principles of GPS. For more information see previous chapter. The Global positioning System (GPS) is a satellite-base navigation system that provides a user with proper equipment access to positioning information. The most commonly used approaches for GPS positioning are the Iterative Least Square (ILS) and the Kalman Filter (EKF) methods. Both of them are based on psuedorange equation:

GPS is a system of satellites radio-transmitters that orbit the planet in great numbers; their purpose is to be able to pinpoint the exact location of an individual or any type of vessel that is equipped with a receiver transmitter within a very small radius. GPS navigation has had a great impact upon society in general as well and its commercial and military applications. Global Positioning is made available at no cost to anyone who has a GPS receiver unit anywhere on the planet. A GPS unit is able to give the user longitude/latitude information as well as, altitude, traveling speed, distance traveled, distance remaining and time in any type of weather conditions imaginable.
Elemental sulfur is conventionally produced using H2S by Claus Process which is further utilized in the production of H2SO4 or rubber industries. But high amount of energy and necessary process control over oxygen and H2S ratio makes Claus process uneconomical. H2S-laden gas can be utilized well by absorbing into aqueous alkanolamine and then using this reagent to produce organo-sulfur compounds like thioether, mercaptans, disulfides etc., which have higher usability and better market value.
GPS, of the Global Positioning System, is a system of satellites that orbit the earth above us that send signals continuously to ground stations that monitor and control GPS operations. GPS signals can be detected by GPS receivers, which by itself can calculate the location of the receiver by around ten metres. Such the accuracy and reliability of the GPS system that its is a required item for a long trip without and contact with humans.

In this transformation, each part of the business becomes a part of an intrinsic network, which enables employees, suppliers and customers of a given enterprise to conduct their tasks. People usually try to make a point in differing e-business from e-commence, but as I see, e-commerce is a part of the e-business category, and an important one.
E-commerce definition: E-commerce is about the sale and purchase of goods or services by electronic means (Chan et al, 2004). This is one of the most simple, basic and self explanatory definition of e-commerce.
