Fuck you. If you exist, that is. In all likelihood, the probability that this letter will reach you is the about same as it would be to reach Zeus and Thor: Zero. I have reached this conclusion, ironically enough, through my optimistic side. As the cynical part of me concludes that any God which exists allows the continuance of my unhappiness, the more upbeat section of my consciousness concludes that there is no God. Consequently, there would be no high power looking to keep me from contentment. In which case, there is cause for hope.
With the introduction aside, I write this letter in the unlikely event that you do in fact exist. I must air my grievances. In my 19 years of existence, I have not had a single close friendship or romantic

relationship. As you are well aware, this is partly a result of the circumstances you have placed me in. I grew up with a mother who was batshit insane. She was anxious, likely schizophrenic, and generally a narcissistic ass. Accordingly, she was appallingly overprotective of me. Since I began my first day of kindergarten, I was never allowed to attend birthday parties or the general shenanigans that would occur at the houses of my acquaintances. These facts, combined with the natural shyness which has existed since my first memories formed
