Writing Process Reflection
I start my writing process with a list of possible topics to research. Once I have chosen a topic, I tend to do some initial research to get ideas for subtopics within the paper. I then start my online document and work on my introduction and, more importantly, my thesis or hook statement. I also add a brief explanation of the topic of each paragraph and proceed to look for evidence such as direct quotes to support the body of my paper. After I have found my evidence, I am able to develop my ideas around it. Usually, if I feel that the paragraph does not fully support my argument or topic, I add in more evidence and continue to build the section. While working on my body paragraphs, I also tend to go back to my introduction
and make changes as I see fit. Once I have concluded the paper, I first put it through a grammar checking site such as Grammarly. This then leads to quick read overs to spot any sentences that are unnecessary or sound odd. I proceed to read it again but more slowly and out loud and, if time permits, I ask a friend to proofread and offer any suggestions. I do not own a laptop, however living on campus has its benefits for anyone who needs access to technology. Therefore, I always write in a computer lab that is less populated by other students. On the weekdays, when there are classes, any time I get to a paper is in the afternoon and late at night. This goes for the weekends as well unless there are night events to attend. Generally, I start my papers about four to five days before they are due. Depending on how many days I am into writing the paper, the amount of time I spend varies. If I have just started, I usually spend about an hour forming topics and ideas and then move onto another assignment. However, the closer I get to the due date, the longer I spend on crafting the piece. As I start reaching a day or two before the submission, I am spending about five hours or more each day. Of course, these five hours are not fully dedicated to just the paper. About a third of the time is spent on distractions such as social media, friends, and food.
Many times, my writing consists of a solid introduction with a good idea, but it wanes as it nears the ending and the conclusion is not effective so as to remain consistent with the proper sequence of the sentence (2-3-1). The reader of my work must distinguish the most important points of the work, understanding the general theme, while remaining captivated by a consistently interesting paper. If a primary point exists, it needs to be expanded, emphasized, or supported. The work needs to remain interesting and captivating throughout. For the reader to infer my opinion on the subject matter, I must show approval or disapproval of it in some way.
I have always had troubles writing the introduction of papers. The introduction is the base and sets the mood of the whole paper. I believe it is the most important paragraph in the paper. But once I develop the introductory paragraph, I find the rest of the paper easier to write. In order for me to better myself in writing introductory paragraphs, I just have to get more in touch with my creative side. After the rough draft, the students of the class would bring their papers to the course and would get into groups to peer review the papers. This would helpful to receive the views of our peers to help edit our assignment. After the peer review of the rough draft, the next step of the writing process was the revision. The revision was when we take the information and opinions from the groups and corporate them into our papers. Also, for the revision, you would offer work days for you to proof read our paper before we had to type our final copy. This was extremely beneficial for us to get your opinion on our paper d...
Process philosophy is known as the idea that everything is changing. Over the years, process philosophy has changed the way humans exist and go about their day to day lives. In order to fully grasp the concept of process philosophy we will first take a closer look at process philosophy, as a whole, its history, and the ideas behind this particular philosophy. Then we will discuss the effects process philosophy has had on marriage and family, followed by a brief commentary.
For the first body paragraph you should use your strongest argument or most significant example unless some other more obvious beginning point (as in the case of chronological explanations) is required. The first sentence of this paragraph should be the topic sentence of the paragraph that directly relates to the examples listed in the mini-outline of introductory paragraph.
Writing is a process I’ve grown to despise. Ever since grade school, I’ve had problems trying to express my ideas on paper. My writing process involves thinking about what’s being asked and trying to reflect my thoughts the best way I can on paper, but my thoughts don’t always come out as clear as I want them to be sometimes leaving a question not fully answered. My writing process isn’t a consistent set in stone process, but since being in ENC 1101 I always follow some of the same parameters such as revising my drafts, grammar usage and considering context and audience.
Typical outlines aren't the only way I prepare to write my papers. I often tend to simply start writing random paragraphs about my subject, in no particular order, and slowly begin to bu...

Recently, I have been writing quite a few essays and papers throughout my college experience. This entails, but not limited to, English, History, and Economics. My style of writing and methods have generally remained the same throughout the process. In this assignment, I will be discussing how I prepare to start a paper, what my thoughts are through the process, and my strengths and weaknesses of what my final drafts look like.
Some rules to follow when using confrontations are: Members or leaders should know why they are confronting, Confrontation should not contain dogmatic statements concerning who or what a person is, and The person being confronted is likely to be less defensive if told what effect he or she has on others rather than simply being branded with a label or judgment.
The learning environment in my classroom starts off on a positive note, continues on a positive note, and finally finishes on a positive note. Students enter my classroom and are greeted at the door, I shake their hand and tell them either good morning or good afternoon, depending on what type of day it is. At the beginning of the year students are hesitant to do this, but after that first day I explain to them that in the professional world a handshake says a lot about a person, and often sets the tone for either their conversation or interview. We discuss how a handshake should be firm but not crushing, have good eye contact, and students should smile and say good morning or good afternoon. Sometimes students have had a horrible day,
The aim of the assignment is to reflect on a critical incident that had an impact in practice. By doing this I will need to write an exploration of the meaning and use of reflection, research into the different models which are used to reflect in practice. Also I will need to be able to have an understanding of what could have been prevented or improved within my critical incident, what I would do next time if in the same situation and what I have learnt. I will need to back up all my research and information with relevant literature. The Nursing and Midwifery Council state "You must respect people's right to confidentiality" This means that the information of this service user must be kept confidential and secure, for this reason I have changed my individuals name in order to keep everything confidential and secure and they will now be referred to as Miss Peters.
In the past, I used to start writing an essay without writing an outline. I even did not brainstorm before I began to write. As a result, my essays were undoubtedly messy and disorganized. For instance, after I finished writing my Paper 2, I asked my professor for suggestions. He advised me to rearrange the order of paragraphs since my essay was disorganized and disordered. At that moment, I finally realized that if I did not plan out what I was going to write, my essay would be less likely to be logical because outline is like a base and foundation of an article. Hence, I started writing an outline from then on. For example, I nowadays would like to write my thesis statement down first. After that, I will briefly write down what I will talk about in body paragraphs. After using pre-writing skills and techniques, I notice that my essays are much more organized; and thus, my essays are no...

Process Management can be defined as a concept which helps integrate performance excellence and quality into the strategic management of organizations. Process management includes activities such as defining a process, establishing responsibilities, evaluating process performance and also identifying opportunities for improvement. Innovation, on the other hand, can be defined as the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes or services to gain competitive advantage. After reading the first article it is clear that it focuses mainly on three different programs that are associated with process management. These three processes are listed as TQM, ISO 9000, and Six Sigma.
