Both the farming and business sides were shown during a recent visit. ICE has built a state of the art indoor hydroponic farm, Farm.One located on ICE’s Financial District campus. The hydroponic garden has grown over 250 crop varieties to date, producing unusual flavors from around the world in an ultramodern, controlled environment. At a given time, approximately 50 different crops are grown, including rare herbs, salad greens, tomatoes, eggplants and some fruits.
