What are my strongest interests?
My top interests according to the O*net self- assessment where Social with a score of 35 and Conventional and enterprising tied at 25. I found the tie in my results fascinating because conventional and enterprising attributes seem to clash. Despite this clash when applying them to my own interests in everyday living I see both present. The second self –assessment was Woofound, which focused more on personality. The top results from this test where Mentor and Planner. So overall I would say that my interests are working with others, spending time with those close to me, and handling details of plans.
What are my strongest skills?
Based on the two self-assessments I posses many different skills I wasn’t

aware I had. Some of the skills presented to me from these assessments that I identified with where the skills of empathy, open mindedness, and being intuitive.
What are my strongest values?
I learned and confirmed a lot about myself based on the results form the two self-assessments. My scores from O*net combined with Woofound helped present me my strongest values. These Values are my family and friends, understanding, working with and helping others, and loyalty, as well as schedules, routine, and time.

The self-assessments provided career suggestions based on my interests, skills, and values. These careers are consistent through both test results. Many of the careers where social service work or costumer service related jobs. Examples of the career options suggested for me where shampooer, Retail Manager, Nannie, Child, Family, and School Social Work, Human and social service assistant, and Residential Advisor.
Would I consider any of the careers suggested for me? Why or why not?
Overall, I agree many careers the self-assessments suggested fit me well. I would consider most of the recommendations. This is because the majority of the suggestions where careers related to my future goals. They are what I have worked towards and pondered as my career path before taking these two assessments.
