BOOM! That is the sound of a drunk driver hitting your car. Do you think it is really worth alcohol being legal and it either killing several people a year or harming them ? I don't think so, I think that we should have alcohol banned again because even though people will probably lose some jobs it will also save lives. When something bad happens in people's lives they tend to drink and then that could lead to more drinking and then eventually that would lead to alcoholism. Alcohol can lead to cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, cancer, and also diabetes for people the drink constantly. When people are drinking they are not the same as when they are sober. Also, how is alcohol not banned when we could relate to some deaths and some drug deaths and others combined cause less deaths than alcohol does. If those are illegal and causes less deaths, shouldn't alcohol be too ? When people drink you could never predict when they will actually stop, and that could cause them to die or do or say some very rude things. When people drink in drive they are almost 100 % most likely to crash if they are completely drunk. People that do not know how to properly handle alcohol are responsible for several deaths. Alcohol has been around where people should realize that we would be better off without it. One of the common reasons people use alcohol is to try to put aside their problems. I think that is an unsmart choice. Why would you just run away from them ? Just fix them, it would be a way smarter choice to make and that would save you the risk of dying or getting some disease you don't want for the rest of your life. All alcohol mainly is, is poison to your body. Why would you want to put that in yourself to make you die faster ? I think that this amendment needs to be changed as soon as possible so people can start being healthier and make better choices than trying to harm your
