School starting later has it’s good and it’s bad but mostly its good. When school starts later than usual it’s an advantage. When you go to school early your body isn't functioning and you are not ready to learn until you're awake. The humans Teenagers’ bodies work like clocks They are set to a schedule that is different from that of younger children or adults Which means we just stay up later and wake up early for school.
Getting more time for more sleep so the students can have enough hours of sleep. If the students have late start they can stay up late to do homework. Students are not getting enough sleep to sustain them. As a result of waking up too early for school, students do not function properly. Students should start later because kids will have a better attendance and less tardies. We’ve all woken up tired not wanting to go to school, because we didn’t get enough sleep. Of course when I say we, I mean as in teens who go to school, and possibly yourself when at the time in your life. The schedule for school doesn’t fit in very well with our sleep patterns. Studies have shown that kids gain more knowledge with a break before they learn in class. Students are constantly stuck in class, sitting down all day. Without a break, students get restless and are never able to relax. Students should have breaks during the school day because they won't be sitting in a chair all day, it will allow them to clear their minds, and they will retain the information better.
