Sugar comes from a plant called sugar cane and it also come from sugar beet. Sugar is a very sweet food that is in the chlorhydrate group. Sugar is a good thing to eat because it is tasty and it is one of the most used food to make things taste good. Sugar is also good for people because it is good for your skin health, it is good for your skin because elimination blemishes and restoring the balance in the skin’s oils.
