Should Stores Stay Open During Thanksgiving?

I will be telling you why and how important thanksgiving is to people and if there should be stores open on that day. I will be taking the side of the stores being closed down.

Reason 1 •Black friday is not for everyone and so then workers won’t be able to have thanksgiving dinner if the stores are open. Supporting details are listed below

•Workers might get hurt and will not be able to do family time, because of the hospital

•at a retail store someone pepper sprayed a crowd and some of the people had to go to the hospital

•some stores actually have to fire workers during black friday because it lasts too long

Reason 2 •The customers/workers will be mad and make riots

if the stores are open. Or the workers might go on strike. Supporting details listed below

•most workers will get fired if the black friday lasts too long because of price loss.
•Workers will just go on strike and the economy will fall just like the great depression.
•Black friday should be kept on friday because the retail stores will make more money than have angry customers.

Reason 3 •It might be dangerous to open on thursday because the crowds would be very eager to get into the store

•and sometimes people even bring pepper spray just so they want a tv or ps4 for themselves
•don’t bring kids to a Black Friday sale if you think there might be a large crowd

Even though the stores could make a lot of money and workers would most likely get a better pay, stores should not be open because many people have been killed and it could last too long and workers could get fired. You should always remember to be safe
