Recommended: The concept of identity

If their are aliens who have the ability to have thoughts and emotions then identity theory is false. How is it possible to argue that a creature who has thoughts and emotions has no mental states. The main objection that proves identity theory is false in my option is the knowledge objection. However they are other objections that prove Identity theory is false but the main point in proving it to be false is the knowledge objection. The knowledge objection to identity theory intense deals with what experiences are like and that we cannot know what they our like for others. For example when we experience pain and a creature who is out of this world and not like us go though pain, we can not predict how is for them. The reason for this
