7. Nature: Orlando is simply of the most beautiful places to live. It has great scenery, ample natural reserves, plenty of parks and green spaces and of course the entire atlantic coast.
Bright sunshine to frigid snow, all within hours of travel. A place for everyone, all ages, all cultures, all types of people. When choosing a place to live, we decide on the one that pleases us and our busy lives. For those who enjoy constant activity and sunny warm beaches, California and Florida tend to be on their list. Once learning all that California has to offer, they will jump on the decision to pack their bags and head for their new home. California offers exploration and something new every day. “If they can’t do it in California, it can’t be done anywhere.” -Taylor Caldwell (Fun Quotes about California by Stephen Frank, www.capolitical news.com)
You’ll have a lot of visitors. Moving to Florida and you’ll never have to worry about having visitors again. Everyone will want to visit you, so find a place large enough to accompany them all.
Two state I have never visited is Hawaii and alaska. However, my goal is to visit each of these states within the next 2 years.
The thought of traveling sounds so fun, interesting and spontaneous. The two places I hope to travel to the most are Puerto Rico and Germany. I would like to travel to Puerto Rico because I would love to learn more about the place I was descended from. My reasoning for wanting to travel to Germany is because it’s outside the U.S. I have never been to another country, and I’m curious to see how different it is from here. I also picked two places that are very different from each other, so I could have a total different experience on each trip. These two places have some similarities, but they are more different then not. Overall, I would just love to explore and see a place that is so different from the customs, traditions,
Things to see and do in Florida are, you can go to Disneyland or Disneyworld Florida is home to both. You can go to the beach or ocean Florida has huge oceans and beaches and swimming in Florida is kinda what it is known for because Florida’s nickname is the Sunshine state. These are just a few things you can do there are many
With 1.5 million acres of Everglades stretching across south Florida, three areas are the most important to visit(NPS). The northern and southern sections along with the area in the middle divides the Everglades into these three main sections, all of which are accessible from different places. To begin with, I will simply be staying at my house, which is only 30 miles away from Everglades National Park. I would start by going to the southern section of the park and entering to the visitors station. This way, I can get the most information about the journey I will soon be embarking on. After I get all the information I need, I will then head north to Shark Valley Trail, which consists of an observation tower, a boardwalk, and an otter cave trail. Visiting the observation tower will bring me to higher elevations and give me a panoramic view of the entire park. From here, I can see the abundance of sawgrass that covers the Everglades and wildlife such as alligators and wood storks. Next on my journey, I will travel west towards the Ten Thousand Islands. For this part of my trip, I will take a boat tour in order to really get the best experience as possible. The tour will take me through one of the world’s largest mangrove forests. Manatees, eagles, ospreys, and dolphins are a common attraction during this tour(Ten Thousands Island Cruise). Lastly, after experiencing
Ask yourself “if I could take a trip ANYWHERE where would I go” well, I asked myself the same question where would I go? Here is my answer, I would go to the Bahamas because I think that I need to try something new. I think that if I went to the Bahamas then i would try everything because i am very deprived as in i don’t take advantage of the things i could be doing.
The state I call home is Florida. Florida is a unique place to live because of its rich history, environment, and location. Just by looking at Florida on a map, you can see its uniqueness right away.
“A good education is a foundation for a better future.” ~ Elizabeth Warren. The reasoning behind why I want to go to college is to better my future. I am considered one of the first generation in my family to go to college, putting a lot of meaning behind why I believe I should go on to a different path. From a very young age I have always held high expectations of myself, even of the numerous changes in careers I had obtained an interest in. I have always envisioned myself going to college because I certainly value education. I believe that the more education I receive, the more valuable I am to this generation of the work force. Not only does my passion of learning hold place in the reasoning behind why I want to go to college, but because of my role models growing up. My parents both encourage me on a daily basis to go to college, and have encouraged my initiative to seek more in life. My father once explained that he once had this opportunity to receive a free ride to college but decided to stay home and start a family. He of course never looked back or regretted his decision because if not I wouldn 't be here today, but he encouraged me to take on these amazing offers and
Missouri versus Florida is unmistakably a complete change of scenery. The landscape, the weather, the sand everywhere and, most of all: the possibility. At first, I was convinced that I would hate Florida; all I knew about the state was bugs, humidity, and the fact that my new home would be over 900 miles away from my old one in Missouri. I believed nothing good could possibly come of moving halfway across the country the summer after my freshman year in high school. But, after living here for a little over two years, I am appreciative of the change. I'm still not the biggest fan of the state of Florida, (there are too many retirement homes for my taste), but that is a different story. But, I've enjoyed getting to know a different area of the country; this has made me long to travel even more and I plan to study abroad during college.
I would like to live in GatlinBurg Tennessee because it’s near the campsite I always go to when I go camping in the summer. Even though Pigeon Forge had a huge fire last year it still don’t change the fact that i want to live there. I would go to all the exciting stores, restaurants, shows and even the aquarium that they have there in Tennessee too. We also went to ride some of the roller coasters there too they weren't as exciting as kings island but it was still dope. Another awesome thing we did was where there was this huge poll and it had a rope attached to the top and they would harness you on it and when they started it you would go into the air and start going around in circles. It was pretty scary too.
3. I would like to visit New Orleans, Louisiana. I would like to hear live jazz music in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Most importantly, I hope to visit every continent. I have always had the dream of traveling all over the world and finding the place where I want to live for the rest of my life. I imagine myself studying abroad somewhere in Europe for a year in college. I think that studying abroad allows a person to have a meaningful experience since he or she will learn everyday while also living in a completely different place that give you more experience in the real world. Along with this, I want to do more than just traveling; I want to do everything that a person is able to do on each continent. I want to see the wonders of the world, climb Mt. Everest, etc. Traveling is the most important thing I want to accomplish, because aside from my absolute love of travel and adventure, I want to experience culture and worlds that I have never been exposed to before. By visiting each continent, I know I will be fulfilling my ultimate goal of finding a place where I want to spend the rest of my l...
I am planning a trip to my dream destination, the United Kingdom! I have always dreamed of going to London and exploring all of the beautiful landscapes the country has to offer. On my voyage I will be accompanied by my boyfriend, Damian, and my younger sister, Taylor. Before we can begin our journey we have to do the proper research so our trip will be everything we want it to be.
