Once I graduate, I might as well get on with the life I have always wanted. But before I leave this life in high school and move on the then next life that is at hand, I just want to be able to thank all those who have helped me get to my senior year. I wish to thank those who have helped me get on to my new life, and to those who have given me the skills that I need to go to college and get on with my career. I first with to thank the people who are in my family. After all, one must always begin with those who has been living with him/her for at least their whole life till senior year. I wish to thank my own dear mother and father for bringing me into this world and teaching me right from wrong. I pretty much owe my parents more than anyone
My purpose and goals in attending college is to make something of my life. It is a good thing. No one wants to be a nobody. But sometimes it takes time in order for one to realize this. & nbsp; Upon graduation from high school, I, like the majority of others high school graduates, had no clue what direction my life was heading or even what I wanted to become.
In all my time on earth I was very thankful to my friends and family. I have valued all my friends throughout the years. School has changed me, and made me realize that you don’t need many friends as long as they are good ones. We had a lot of good times and I will miss them dearly. To my family, I love you all. You guys always looked out for me and helped me during hard times while I was growing up. Thank you.
Legacy: Well can't believe it's my final year here but I would like to thank the lady that has never left my side through thick and thin, my mother. Thank you for encouraging me and supporting me in all my decisions; all the sacrifices you have done for me. Thank you for being my shoulder to cry on and my best friend, I could never replace you and I don't know what I would do without you. Love you Madre! Dad, thank you for picking me up when I thought there was no reason to. Helping me learn to trust people and guiding me in the right paths to success. To my sisters who although have much to learn, thank you for letting me teach you new things in life and making me laugh. To my little brother, thank you for protecting me even when we fight sometimes
First of all, I'd like to welcome all the parents, relatives and friends, on behalf of the senior class. It has been a long, hard road to graduation and I know your presence here is greatly appreciated. My job as salutatorian is to reminisce on our past here at County High, a past that reads like a script of a soap opera.
Today, as we graduate, with degree nearly in hand, I challenge each of you to make a difference in whatever you do. Remember that life didn't end when we re-entered school. Life continued throughout our program. Even when stretched to the limit, life only got more challenging. And now, graduating, life only changes pace. Our degree completion is not really an ending as much as a new beginning as we re-enter our lives of work and home. We thank all of our family, friends, instructors and co-workers who helped see us through this process. Thank you for this opportunity and good luck to you all.
Good evening parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and friends. I would like to thank you all for coming to this very special day. I know how proud you must be. As we have grown over the years, there are many stages we all have gone through. From learning our shapes and colors, to getting our first kiss in middle school, or how about explaining to our parents why we skipped school because the principal called home. As we remember these days, things that we've done will be with us forever. But this is only the start of our journey. The day has come where we say goodbye to the big yellow buses, assemblies, assigned seating, and attendance policies. Are you really gonna miss it? For some of us maybe not right away. But eventually we will so for us to be here it is not necessarily an achievement, but a privilege. All of us have been in school over half our lives. To graduate is one more step we've taken in our lives.
Friends, family, teachers Pastor and Mrs. Donley, thank you for being here today. I can’t thank you all enough for the things you’ve done for me and the ways you’ve all helped me in life. From all of the chapel messages I’ve heard from Pastor, all the English lessons from Mrs. Gerbitz, all the math lessons from Ms. Amy, especially the geometry, which I still don’t think I understand, and all the great times and life lessons I’ve learned from my classmates and friends, I can truly say I am thankful. Most of all, I’d like to thank my parents. Dad, you’ve always been there for me. If I ever needed advice on something I wouldn’t hesitate to go to you. You always knew what to say and when to say it to make me feel better. You taught me many different things in life, especially a great work ethic. Mom, what can I say? You’re my mom. As much as I may have annoyed you with different things I’ve done, you’ve always loved me and wanted what’s best for me. I love you both so much and can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done for me.
I would like to take the time to thank my in-laws for letting me use their car to get to class when mine broke down.My other half for being so helpful with the kids when I had homework or a test to study for.
First of all I want to take this opportunity to thank some people. I wish to extend my gratitude and gratefulness to all of you who are present today. The people who care and have made a difference are right here ... right now. The greatest gift any of us could have received is having the people who influenced all of our lives here to witness this milestone. Whether you are parents, teachers, family members, or friends, you have all contributed for us to reach this goal of acquiring our diplomas. All that any of us have accomplished can be credited to you and your undying support. You have been our advocates in our ongoing journey seeking education. I also want to thank God. Because of His unceasing love and grace, He has made all of this possible. Thank you for all you have done for us.
I would like to thank my parents, For all those years of love and care, For the smiles, hugs, and kisses, And the moments of happiness we share. Making sure there are never any tears in my eyes, Fixing up my life like little tailors, Celebrating my accomplishments, And picking me up after my failures.
I also want to thank my parents. They gave up their family, friends, and everything they knew and moved halfway across the world with a dream. Their dream was to give their children an amazing education. It was the American Dream. Mom, thank you for making me sit on the kitchen floor in India everyday after school and rewrite what I learned that day at least three times over.
The first thing I’m thankful for is my family and friends. The first reason is that they support me in everything I do. They teach me important life lessons. These lessons help me get through hard times in life.
College, it is a goal that many students dream of reaching from the time they are young. Often, the younger the person the more you can see their parent’s influence on where they want to go. “I want to go here because it is where my mom went,” or “I am going to go there because my daddy and I cheer them on every Saturday!” With age comes a more practical view of where to go and why a student wants to go there. For me, I have always known where I wanted to go to college and why I wanted to go there. I want to go to college to make the world a better place and prove everyone who said I couldn’t wrong.
Firstly I’d like to thank my family for helping me become the person I am today. They have a huge part in the process of me growing up and I’m so thankful that they could be here for me through everything. Especially I would like to thank my Brother and my mother. I like to think of my brother Gus as more than just a brother, but I as more of a friend a best friend at that. All the time we’ve spent together all the laughs and the fights, the fact that we’re as close as we are really changed me it helped me.
I'm close to graduating and I thought that I should thank you for getting me this far. I love math, but sometimes math gets the best of me and I have no one to reach out to. My mom couldn't remember algebra and geometry very well and my math teachers did help, but I had so many questions and there's only one of them with 30 students in the room. However, with you, you're always there to check my arithmetic and clear things up for me in the time we have. I could also call you if anything came up or if I need any clarification.
