Recommended: Importances of anthropology

The route to gaining a higher education can appear as a rough unpaved road that only can be paved by our determination, so we can safely travel to meet our goals. The goal I am going to achieve as I pace my road is finish with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology. I am currently in my third 3 year of my endeavor of achieving this goal. Throughout this time my worldview and way of thinking has been broken down and rebuilt to reflection the enlightenment and understanding for the world I have gained during my college career. The education goals I have made for myself are aimed to further this understanding. By majoring in Anthropology, I have been focusing on understanding the meaning of the human condition. In order to get the most of my degree, I am going this summer’s archaeology field school. Going to this field school would give the skills I need to advance in an archaeological career. With the credits I earn from field school would allow me to finish my time here at Idaho State University much earlier than I expected, and learn the invaluable skills that define an archaeologist. Despite all the good that going to field school would be for me and my future career, it one of the most expensive elements of my education. After I attend field school this summer, all my saving from the last three will be gone. I would be unable to pay for the fall semesters books and necessities. Recently I have taken on a small paid internship with the Idaho Museum of Natural History, but I’m afraid I will not earn enough for the coming semesters. This is where this scholarship comes in for me. If I were to receive this scholarship I would be able to pay for the materials I need for the upcoming semester. I would not have to worry about the expensive of this summer’s field school, and learn the skills I need in order to continue with my archaeological
