People like them have spent their life searching for land, objects, and riches, but the new fad that is sweeping the nation is geocaching. Instead of find gold and riches you find tiny capsule and yourself in the process. Geocaching has caught popularity by making each find interesting and exciting. This sport helps both the young and the old to promote physical fitness, while also having a purpose, to sign your name on a logbook along with the date saying when you arrived. One of the many reasons why geocaching has been so successful is because of its positive online community and feedback they give to each other. Not only do geoachers have a strong online community, but they also have a impact in real life communities. Many places hold geocaching events which unites the community. This sport unifies people together for a purpose and they form bonds with each other and develop a stronger friendship.
