I believe that allowing dogs to be taken to the workplace by their owners could be a very good way to boost productivity. The owners would be less stressed because they wouldn't have to worry about their dogs at home. Also, they could want to stay later and get more work done; because, they don't have to go home to walk the dog. Companies are required to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for their employees. Therefore, I don't think it is legally possible to allow employees to bring their dogs to work. There are simply too many variables that could go wrong. For instance, some employees might be allergic to dogs. Also, dogs can be very unsanitary and that is not acceptable at a workplace. There also may be owners who have not trained
their dog, and that could result in dog fights, or bodily injury to other employees. Additionally, having multiple dogs in the same building could lead to them marking territory. In conclusion, I think it is a wonderful idea to allow dogs in the workplace. It would boost employees moral and relieve stress. But, I don't think it will ever happen. Because in order for it to happen the conditions would have to be perfect.
Have you ever had the pleasure of sitting beside an animal on the Skytrain on your commute to work or stood in line beside one at the grocery store? Did you know that there's a difference between service dogs and emotional-support animals? These are one of the many struggles that individuals are faced when in public. The article "Pets Allowed" written by Patricia Marx gives you an inside look on the struggles people are faced with while also explaining the rules and laws regulating emotional-support animals that many aren't aware of. Many business owners are being taken advantage of by pet
Something such as, if the pet was hurt, hungry or needed something and they could express to the owner for that specific need could be very beneficial. Although, as humans are very sensitive and have a lot of harsh outcomes in life, it can also be very painful for animals to go through deaths, bad moments, and even everyday life. Hermes and Apollo are Gods who believe in such different areas. The percentage of dogs that lived a happy life compared to the ones who did not is very significant. Dogs, or any animal, should not have human intelligence.
No More Puppy Mills There are so many things that the breeders do to the puppies in puppy mills in very inhumane ways. To understand how puppy mills operate, one must know the facts about animal abuse, why they operate, and how to prevent the use of puppy mills. Where are the largest production centers in the United States? How are the dogs treated? What about the lasting effects on the animals' lives?
“A dog is not a thing. A thing is replaceable. A dog is not. A thing is disposable. A dog is not. A thing does not have a heart. A dog’s heart is bigger than any “thing” you can ever own.” -Elizabeth Parker. According to the ASPCA, a puppy mill can be defined as “a large-scale commercial dog breeding facility where profit is given priority over the well-being of the dogs” (Puppy Mills 1). Dogs are more than just items that are sold for profit, they are part of many people’s families. The way dogs are being treated in the mills is not the way one would want someone in your family to be treated. Because puppy mills do not care for the animal’s health, wellbeing, or safety they should be banned federally.
The main reason why people should accept these dogs in school, is because the Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA, is an act that includes a part where dogs who are trained to help people with disabilities, are allowed into public spaces. School is considered a public space and the ADA considers service animals as important tools for people with disabilities.
There are many people in the world that hate the way something about them looks. So their way of changing that is to undergo a surgery to fix their imperfections. There are also many ways that you can do the same exact thing with a pet. With any pet there is always things that people might want to change for a health reason or a cosmetic reason. With these procedures there are many pros, but there are also many cons that come with it.
The reason why I feel like it’s the right decision to make is because not all people like animals. Normally, people who don’t like animals don’t like to be around them, I know I like animals but I don’t like dogs jumping on me, and I sure don’t like having dog hair all on me and some other people may feel the same way as I do. Second, I don’t think that dogs should be allowed in the workplace because any little thing could go wrong, some dogs may not be used to being around a lot of people and which that can cause a problem or maybe can cause them to get violent or agitated around being around
Puppies from pet stores are adorable, and everyone wants one. Unfortunately, those puppies have a twisted past. Almost all of them were from puppy mills. Puppy mills are where puppies are bred. They are awful, and the breeders do not treat them right. According to an article on Friendsofanimals.org called ‘Puppy Mills, Pet Shops, and the AKC Basic Facts’, pet stores get their puppies from puppy mills. Puppy mill breeders don’t care about the dogs. Puppy mills hurt dogs and the government must stop them by making them illegal and working to eliminate the remaining ones.
Having a dog can be a great experience for people who enjoy their company. These animals are usually friendly and active; they are intelligent and can develop a strong relationship with their owners based on love and care. However, having dogs is a big responsibility for the person who owns them, because they are animals, so they cannot support themselves. Dogs need someone who can feed them, give them love, and someone who can help them exercise. Moreover, these animals need big spaces in order to run and develop their muscles, so the owner has to know that he needs to take a walk with the dog several times a day.
Dogs are very common in the world we know today. Many households have one or more. Dogs are trained to be pets. Not only trained to be pets, dogs are also trained for work. Dogs are getting used more and more in our work environment. House dogs can also be considered a working dog depending on why the dog is there. There are many jobs for dogs. Dogs make a big impact on our working and social lives.
Since the commencement of warfare, humans have been using dogs to wage battle. Dogs have been employed in direct combat, for security purposes, for carrying equipment and for unit esprit de corps as the mascot. Today many feel that modern Military Working Dogs are more than equipment; they are Soldiers.
You will realize that a well-trained dog can fit anywhere it is taken. You can go with it for camping, hiking and so on. This is because it is not likely to be a nuisance to others.
Studies have repeatedly shown that pets, whatever they are, improve the quality of life of their master, both physically and psychically. However, it is in the office that we spend the majority of our days. This is where the presence of our faithful companion would be the most beneficial. Business psychologists advise us to create a stimulating and supportive work environment by personalizing it with green plants, photos and other gadgets. The mere contemplation of an animal cliché would reduce blood pressure and stress. Why not, therefore, bring his dog or cat directly to his place of activity?

I think people should stop eating dogs. People in china eat family pets, that are the cutest loving animals. Why do the people in china eat dogs?
