First, many people strongly agree school alone is challenging for the average student. One knows that the time of school greatly affects this statement. Most students are not used of the school time. The best challenge a student should want is to be pushed to its limits and one will adjust to different circumstance, because that is what happens in the real world. School should be later in the day for more rest, better outcome for the students, and studies proved it has the best benefit towards human being.

In any case, what the studies shown are highly effective in the schools system changing process. Studies say that the average student brain is ready to be active between nine and ten in the morning. Students get up a couple hours before that and that is not a positive plus for their situation. In addition, one’s body needs fuel for the whole day and some students wake up late and do not eat the proper meal for the day. People in the medical field put an emphasis on students needing to properly fuel themselves. In conclusion, humans’ in high authority need to be caution in how they hold up there schools, how they treat students, and also teachers. Some people in high authority just does not care what the best solutions. The main reason most likely is because they already went through school it does not matter to them and that is a terrible mindset for someone in charge of the school. Therefore, without out a doubt many people need to do better or get exposed doing wrong towards all students. Overall the students’ need to be prepared to work, as a result, students get better in all areas of need, and in fact other people in a different field I concerned if students are set up to fail.
Despite popular opinion, to be beneficial, schools should continue on their current schedules, and not start later. Starting schools later can have a variety of positive and negative consequences on students. Schools currently are at a time that gives students enough lesson time to learn subjects, but still have time to relax and take part in other activities after school. Also many families depend on the time school starts to have easy transportation to school and work. Starting schools later will take away students time to do activities of their choice such as spend time with their families, socialize with others, and participate in extracurricular activities.
Students may need to nap to compensate for energy expended throughout the day. However, if schools were to start later, adolescents would not have to nap, allowing for a larger window of time to spend with their families after school, even with a later start time. Another opposing argument is that students would have less time to participate in extracurricular activities. However, this issue can be resolved by making practices for sports and club meetings shorter and more frequent to accommodate the schedule variation. Overall, the benefits of later start times far outweigh the drawbacks.
