Free will is possibly the most puzzling philosophical idea ever brought up to discussion. It is a very fascinating concept, that has had many disputes about its mystery, as well as many unanswered questions. Some questions that arise from this disagreement are, whether we really have choices when me make certain decisions or whether choices don’t matter and all life is predetermined. We, as in humans always have the choice between multiple options in every situation and that is where the term “free will” comes from. But why is it that we decide to choose what we choose? Everyone knows that humans make choices for specific reasons, because they desire something, or they have the urge of picking one over the other. If a person decides to cause a murder, there is a reason they did it, they ultimately chose to do the deed. Anytime along their plot, they had many options to change their mind and stop themselves, but it was their choice to continue and cause the killing. And this is exactly why a person should be responsible for their actions. Free will allows them to choose what they really want to do, and if that is the case then they are morally responsible for their wrong
