Caring too much might not sound like a bad quality, but I think that I am going to find it hard to separate work from personal life; I would think about my clients and their problems after office hours, and I would want to adopt every child that needs a family. Most of these immigrants practice another religion and they have different values regarding the family and how you treat women. I am not sure that I would be able to accept the ways that some of the men are treating their women. Although, the Syrian women seem to accept it and in that case there is not a lot that I can do about

The bad in the world helps some people realize the true character and goodness inside of them and can help them reflect back onto their character. No matter how big or small a decision might be it will bring you closer to knowing who you really are. These decisions can lead to individuality from others and standing up for what you believe in even if it goes against other people’s views. In All the Light We Cannot See,
As a social worker, I have been able to use my skills I have learned in the field and my college education. I have values, beliefs, and ethics that I have used to center my social work career around. I also acknowledge as a social worker, I cannot push my values, beliefs, and ethics onto others. Every person does not share the same values, beliefs and ethics.
...anet and take action to create change. We may not be able to control the laws of nature, but we can control how we affect the land in which reside. The health and quality of living for you and those around you will only continue to degrade and be affected by your choices and how you decide to treat the environment of this planet that we call home. Don’t let the planet fall apart; don’t let your home come crashing down.

Personal values: A key ethical principle in the NASW Code of Ethics states the following: "Social workers respect the inherent dignity and worth of the person. For this reason, I would like to dedicate my life to helping fellow military families during their hardships, but also reminding them that there is positivity in every situation. I embody many desireable qualities to this profession, such as honesty, loyalty and experience. I have experienced military life, I know what many of these families are going through, and it is something that is near and dear to my heart which altered me as a person forever. However, my personal attatchment to this particular part of social work may also be my downfall. I have heard time and time again that it is important to keep your personal life separate form your professional life, but I find it much more important to have love and passion for what you do every single day. From pursuing this profession, I will feel personally responsible for every life I change or impact in any shape or form.
