I watch football every Sunday and so do many other Americans. Watching football alone brought in a total of $31.4 billion of revenue for the NFL in 2014. Athletes deserve a portion of that money that they produced themselves. Many professional athletes get paid millions of dollars. Some people think that these athletes don't deserve the money they make. But, some people believe athletes do deserve the money they receive. Athletes should have the abundance of money they so rightfully deserve. To begin, no one can deny that these athletes aren’t worthy of their salaries. Athletes like Lebron James and Serena Williams are living legends and have incredible talents that need to be acknowledged. These all-stars dedicate their life to the sport they dominate in. They train, travel, and push themselves to the limit every day. Also, without the showstopping feats of professional athletes like Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott, many jobs wouldn’t exist.
