Who Am I
I am a citizen of Saudi Arabia, and my occupation now is a student, later time I worked in company for management. I am 25 years old. And I have worked in this company for the last two years. Regarding my education, I have high school and diploma in Business management. But with the current degree which I have, I don't feel satisfied, and because of this reason, I am planning to enroll for the bachelor. As per the plans which I have, once I graduate with the Bachelor, I will decide on enrolling for a masters. As for now, that is my academic ambition.
All I can say about my social, economic class is that I am in the middle class. This is because, when I consider the fact that I am in a position to meet the basic needs and not all the luxuries which I desire, makes me consider that I am in the category of the middle class. By getting all the basic needs means and failing to get all the luxuries which I desire like going for my second and third degrees are the factors which I have put into consideration so as determine my socio-economic class. …show more content…

It was a humble family, and I never had access to the luxuries. At this moment my parents used to encourage me that the only way in which I will change my financial, social status is by taking my education seriously and that is one of the factors which contributed to where I am in my level of education, and also it shaped my ambition.     After reading Social Class and School Knowledge, I was slightly curious as to how Kimberly High School compares to its neighboring school, Appleton West, which was often talked negatively about. Kimberly High currently sits back from the main street alongside a forest and a beautiful grassy hill, while West High sits right alongside a main street in the middle of a city surrounded by small houses.
