Stereotypes Stereotypes in our society have always been here, but do not define everything in a person. A person’s personal belongings or physical appearance should not determine what they should act or be interested in. Although stereotypes are based on some truth, that in no way means that all are true, I am one example. White girl stereotype: coffee, leggings, Ugg boots and social media. This supposedly defines every white girl, this tells us what they wear, the kind of phone they have, and their interest, it never once states how they act or who they are in as a person.
