Children around the world should be provided with quality education to learn and develop confidence. Education is fundamental human rights of achieving economic growth and sustaining a healthy society. It is the source of breaking the cycle of poverty and it ensure that all people have control of their destiny.

Children normally become familiar with one language and are required to learn a second language are associated with long-term positive cognitive outcomes (Bialystok 2001,Michelli et.al 2004). Researchers have also found that children begin to acquire a second language before the age of six and can speak the language like a native speaker that children who didn’t start until after the age of six or seven (bongaerts,2005). A ‘well planned’ and ‘structured’ play can have different meanings and it depends on how it is interpreted in practice.
