Having high levels of integrity means that your morals are intact. People with low levels of integrity are subject to questioning their morals, knowingly taking a chance, doing something that is dishonest, gambling for cash, or not telling the whole truth. In the medical field and everyday life, we must live and lead our lives with the utmost respect, honor, commitment, and doing what is right by others selflessly. Integrity-honest; morals-the right behavior. As administrators, you have a choice in decisions that you make, decisions that can be beneficial or decisions that can disastrous. "However, even if you do fail to make the best decision, it is possible to learn from this mistake and avoid it in the future.
