Thomas Edison is a huge historical figure and his inventions affected the whole world in a positive way. He invented many things that we use in our daily lives today, such as the light bulb. Edison worked very hard on his inventions and could spend hours working on just one simple thing. He was motivated as a kid and made many accomplishments. He took many steps to prepare himself for his future as well.

Thomas Edison was one of the biggest contributors in American History. He created some of the most important things that we use today. For instance, “Edison served as president of the U.S. Navy Consulting Board and contributed many valuable discoveries to the war effort.”
