to thank several people. Firstly, thank you for biting the bullet, proposing, and turning up today, on time and appropriately dressed. You are the love of my life, my best friend, and now my husband. I don't think anybody could be happier than I am today, and I can't wait for us to share the rest of our lives together. It means a lot to be your wife, after five years of being your girlfriend, and I’m sure he's happy now that he can start to let himself go.
To my in-laws, thank you for making me feel so welcome in your family. Thank you for raising him so well, although I understand that the warranty is out of date now and the refund deadline has long since passed. I might keep him for a while though as he has so many qualities: charm, brains, and beauty are sadly the only ones missing.
To dad and mom, thank you for your love, support and care over the last twenty-eight years and also for the generous financial contribution toward this wedding that helped us push the boat out a little further.
I feel privileged to be sharing our day with most of the friends and family who have been so important to us. Many of you have traveled from afar: Australia, Azerbaijan, Nigeria, Singapore, Germany, the UK, and some of you have had to take time off work to be here. Thanks to all of you for the efforts and sacrifices you have made to be with us today.

Obesity is one of the major health problems that America faces today. Trans fat contributes to an unhealthy lifestyle, and if it is gone in America’s diet, people can become a bit healthier than right now. It is in most things that people eat, even without their knowledge. It can indirectly raise people’s medical costs, and make them feel more sluggish. Another reason to remove trans fat is also because it raises the risk of health problems. Digesting two to three grams a day can increase the risks of heart disease, bad cholesterol, obesity, type II diabetes, and much more. Since “more than a third of the adult population is obese”, this indirecting is a bad influence to the younger growing generations . Seeing adults eat junk food, they will be encouraged to eat the same kind of food. Food that contains trans fat in it tastes better and since it makes people desire it, people will crave more of it. It is also cheap, and since most people do not have that much money, it is a win-win situation least on the short run. Over time, if they continue this, they will develop health problems. Most Americans can not change their diets overnight, but with more knowledge about trans fat, this can be a revelation to people to slowly eat healthier and be healthier. It is time for change in America.
It is beautiful to see so many loving family members and friends here to share in this occasion, especially those who have traveled some distances to
However, before I begin, on behalf of John and Angie I would like to thank everyone who has helped to make this the special day that it is - and I think we can all agree it has been splendid so far.
Good afternoon, let me just start by saying that the kindness, support, friendship, and love extended to me and my family during this difficult time has really touched my heart- we are sincerely appreciative!
Health associations are always advertising the risks of eating every food product this world has seen whether it’s doughnuts and cookies or even beef and chicken. For the most part, they aren’t trying to be a pain but there is a good reason behind their suggestions and regulations, and it’s not always the whole food itself but just a small piece inside it. Trans fats are one of the most feared, yet consumed, of the “killer foods”. While people overreact to the health lectures of how bad it is for you, they still continue to consume it, mostly due to a lack of proper understanding. It is important to eliminate trans fats or trans fatty acids in American diets because of the major health risks that are connected to its consumption and for the long term health of the American people.

Migrants from developing nations such as Africa and Asia travel to the west in the hope that they will get a better life, better job and better prospect. They come however, in several different ways. One of them is when skilled individuals cross their border to the west. Hence, the term skilled migrants. In an article by Herbert, it is highlighted how this may be so. Herbert states that some developed nations such as United Kingdom have formed a way of gaining skilled migrants to their country through the process of a program known as Highly Skilled Migrant Program (Herbert 2005).
...ties between the characters in the way that they act. Also there are similar actions shown in both accounts. Jack and Ralph portray different types of people in these books, but likewise had things in common. Jack and Ralph in the Coral Island are displayed as gentlemen throughout the story, but in the Lord of The Flies they are depicted as the exact opposite of gentlemen; instead they are quick descending into unutterable barbarity. By this the human nature changed the boys dramatically. The boys change shows the true character of them when it comes down to survival. Jack and Ralph have differences in both books with the ways the boys’ actions turn on the island; furthermore there are similarities between them.
Christmas is a holiday celebrated by many nations and religions around the world. The spirit of Christmas causes people to come together. It is one of the most favorite times of the year involving gift giving and merry making. To celebrate Christmas people decorate their homes, churches, and other buildings in which fellowship may take place. They may do this with ribbon, holly, mistletoe, and decking them with silver and gold. But where did all these traditions originate? Now, many believe that Christmas is the celebration of Jesus's birth. The truth is that all of these customs from Christmas pre-date our Lord's birth entirely! Christmas today is just a collection of traditions put together to make the holiday we celebrate every year on December
