Why did you choose to attend Wayne State?
I am from a small town and was looking to be part of a community. The town of wayne is very welcoming to students without being too overwhelmingly huge. I loved the small town feel of campus and all the student are very friendly. The class sizes are small and the teachers actually care about getting to know us students. Unlike huge universities I felt like I could get involved with things on campus and really enjoy my time as a student.
What interests you in becoming a Navigator?
My navigator had a huge influence on the reason why I chose Wayne State College. I was torn between a few colleges but after visiting I knew that Wayne was where I wanted to attend. It was easy to see that my navigator loved it here and she answered all of my questions and then some. I would like to be that person for someone else and share my

awesome experiences and knowledge of the college with potential students who will hopefully one day adore Wayne State College as well. What do you hope to gain from your involvement in the Navigator program? Quite simply, it seems like a very enjoyable job.
I find it fun to talk with others and want to share my thoughts and experiences about college life with them. I consider myself to be knowledgeable about the college but being a navigator I would get a great understanding an be able to share more information with prospective students.
Navigators are expected to be knowledgeable about the College. What aspect would you most want to share with visitors about WSC and why?
The lifestyle the benefits of a small campus and all that Wayne has to offer. The best thing about this college is the small town aspects that it embodies. Students care about each other and the professors want to see us succeed. There is a great number of classes and we offer a variety of majors. Wayne State college offers more than people realize and is a very affordable school.
We're looking for the best of the best, students who enjoy working with and being around all sorts of different people (High School students, parents, and maybe even Guidance Counselors). Explain your experience with and desire to work with a diverse
audience. I have babysat f and growing up in a small I had to constantly be a role model for all the younger kids in the school or on my sports teams. Currently, I work at a nursing home so I get to spend a lot of time with the elderly and I enjoy listening to their stories and words of wisdom. Additionally, growing up my family hosted six exchange students from different countries. Diversity is important and I try to keep an open mind. I strive to be a relatable person and enjoy meeting others whose ideas differ from mine. When you return home for a break or holiday and someone asks you about your time at Wayne State, what is the one thing you find yourself saying about the college over and over again, and why? “I love it!” Because I really do love here at Wayne. My friends here will be life long and I cherish all the connections I have made with everyone on campus. Classes can be difficult but I am learning about subjects that I am interested in and that will benefit me in my future career. Additionally, we have many clubs and activities that make it possible to be involved and make me take a break from studying. College life is all that I had hoped it would be and more.
The main component I look for in college is their commitment to further my studies. I feel this college will provide an ingenious culture within the science field, therefore rendering myself with the building blocks necessary to later pursue the medical field. Not only does UNCW devote itself towards their student’s undergraduate years, but also by providing Professional pathways such as Pre-Medicine, students such as myself can go into Professional schools better prepared. In addition to my interest in the academics the school has to offer, I also marvel at the amount of extracurricular activities available to the student body. In The United States the number of people in prison is over two million, and of those two million it is estimated that two thirds of them will be back in prison within three years (Correctional Populations). Some people argue that rehabilitation is the most effective way to handle prisoners, but the risks don’t outweigh the benefits, especially for murderers. Nobles was an example of a murderer who appeared rehabilitated, but under close examination of his actions, he was no more than a manipulating sociopath. Nobles was not rehabilitated because his actions in court showed how he felt, his faith was a facade, and he was a schizophrenic.
Standing at approximately 1,128feet tall, the sleek design of the John Hancock Center has been a tourist attraction, work space, and home for many since 1965 when the Hancock center first opened its doors. The Hancock has been shaped by the city and the residents of Chicago. This Chicago landmark encompasses the success of Chicago. The very elegant black steel frame and shear mass demonstrates the economic powerhouse that it is. It represents the diversity in Chicago because the Hancock center is home to many different people and companies that wholesomely work in this building. When visiting Chicago one must venture over the to the Hancock Center observatory. This part of the building demonstrates how tourisms effects Chicago tremendously
Gracelyn Walker Mrs. Neuberger Composition II 27 February, 2024 The Infamous Bonnie Parker: “Death To Bonnie and Clyde.” In May of 1934, Parker and Barrow stole a car from a young man named Ruth Warren. The criminal duo needed a getaway car to fulfill their life of crime, and this was it. This car was a tan 1934 Ford Model 40 B Fordor Deluxe sedan, more famously known as the iconic V8 (Hawley).
Paula, the special education director explained her background with human service work and what her different career fields was like for her, even in multiple different states that she worked for. Emily Smallwood, the Career Pathway Specialist, has a degree in psychology and assists the senior students with their next goal after graduation. We spoke about her experiences educationally and careers. She previously worked for multiple different companies like Healthy Families of America. Janet Gall is the college pathway specialist and assists students with taking the right steps towards meetings their goals and deciding on the right college as well as, preparing students for SAT’s, ACT’s, and the accuplacer. She too has worked for various companies in the human service field. Shelleen Dawalt is a life coach at the school, and previously worked for DCS, and the Department of Corrections and currently also works part time at Ivy Tech as a criminal justice instructor. Spending extra time with each of them was fantastic, I gained so much knowledge about other possible career

Creighton University. Located in Omaha, Nebraska it is a private, coeducational, Jesuit Roman Catholic university. Sitting on a 132-acre campus, the university enrolls about 9,000 undergraduate students a year. It was founded through a gift from Mary Lucretia Creighton, who provided the funding to establish Creighton University in memory of her husband, Edward Creighton, a prominent Omaha Businessman.
The Lincoln Memorial is a giant 190 foot long, 120 foot wide, and 99 foot tall Colorado-Yule marble memorial built in honor of Abraham Lincoln. The memorial is surrounded by 36 columns, one for each of the 36 states in the Union at the time of Lincoln's death. It is located on the western side of the National Mall.
In conclusion, I believe that I can offer a wealth of expertise and experience in contributing towards the continued development of a cohesive, dynamic and collaborative school that focuses on offering outstanding world class learning opportunities for all. I consider myself to be a good role model to students and staff alike and I am committed to leading by example. This, combined with my drive, infectious optimism and commitment to playing a full role within the school beyond those duties set out, make me a strong candidate for the post.
Auburn University is located in Auburn, Alabama. Auburn is rural, it is kid of in the middle of nowhere, but it has a town near it which is called opelika. Opelika is a cute little town that has a lot of Auburn stores and restaurants. Basically, Auburn is like its own town. Auburn has a humid subtropical climate. Typically, it is really hot and dry there.
One addition I could add to the college is my public speaking skill. When I was younger, a local church was having a “Youth Day”, a day where teenagers and children take over and run the entire church service. From ushering, to singing, acting as deacons or even preaching, we did it all. Two kids and I were asked to preach for that service, and naturally I was scared at first, but I decided to get out of my comfort zone and give the church a sermon. I worked on the

When people head off to college. They have a very tough decision to make. That is to choose the right college that suits them best. In addition, people always argue about which school is best. Wichita State University is a great campus with a lot of substantial academics. However, people always have an ideal college atmosphere that would enjoy.
