If I could visit any place in the world, I would go back to Florida because I would want to see the amazing overgrown forest with many upon many wildlife animals hiding among the trees and bushes waiting to be found. And having fun at the theme parks, beach, and activities. But stay away from the moss on the trees, why? because the chiggers in the and they are tiny like worms that are invisible to the naked eye. And wildlife consist of many weird types of animals such as armadillos, crans, and alligators.
If I were to visit Florida I would most likely go to some of their theme parks. Florida is known for their most love theme parks such as Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, SeaWorld, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, and Universal Studios. There are many theme parks and so many things to do at the theme parks. There's also a downside to the parks it would take you days on end to get to all maybe weeks and it cost a lot just to get into on park by yourself and there’s very little shade at most of the parks but! they sell lots of things that can cool you off such as tiny fans, refreshments, and mist. It’s a great way to have some fun for once in one of these parks.

I have been to Florida a billion times, but there are only two places that I normally visit. Sanibel Island and Destin. Traveling to Sanibel Island is almost like a tradition for my family because every year we try to go down there. My grandparents first went to Sanibel with my whole family (cousins and all) about 15 years ago and ever since then, it has been our family’s main “vacation spot”. I have gone to Sanibel almost every year, but last year I also went to Destin. Now the main reason we decided to go there as well is because we wanted to travel somewhere nearby the panhandle of Florida. The water and beaches are also very contrasting in comparison to Sanibel. Sanibel’s beaches even had heaps of sea shells going out into the water. The sand is also more dense than that of Destin. Even Sanibel’s water is darker and more cloudy, so it was crazy to see Destin’s water so clear! The beach (which is called Emerald Cove, where I stayed at) had sand that was so white and soft it
THE EVERGLADES: RIVER OF GRASS. The Everglades, also known as the River of Grass, is one of South Florida's most treasured areas. It is an area full of wonder and mystery. The Everglades is lined with a specific type of limestone bedrock formed by tiny organisms called byrozoans. These animals, though not related to coral, act like coral by extracting dissolved limestone from the sea water around them and using it to construct protective chambers in which to live.
Maintaining ecological diversity is necessary for the survival of a biological community. In the United States, American citizens are on the verge of irrevocably damaging one of the country's most unique and diverse treasures - the Florida Everglades. This national park is now the only remaining patch of a river that used to span 120 miles from Lake Okeechobee to the Florida Bay. Dikes and levees created by the Army Corps of Engineers in the late 1940's drained this river to reduce flooding and increase useable water for the development of the region. This major diversion of water lead to a trickle down effect causing the continual decline of the environmental state of the Everglades. Since then, debates over the Everglades' future have silently raged on for years about how, why, and when the restoration will begin. This ongoing, but virtually unproductive effort has cost taxpayers a great deal without any apparent benefits. Recently, this debate has been amplified by the voices of the sugar industry in Florida, which was attacked for its major contribution to pollution of the Everglades. Now debates rage on with a new effort called the Restudy. Backed by the Army Corps of Engineers, this effort would change the flow of the Everglades, potentially restoring it into the viable community of life that it used to be. The question now is, will this latest attempt to restore the Everglades ever be realized (thus ending the cyclic Everglades debate) or will it simply add up to one more notch on the bedpost of inadequate and failed attempts to save this national treasure. The world is watching to see how the United States will handle this unprecedented cleanup.

If you are in around Los Angeles I would recommend SeaWorld in San Diego. SeaWorld San Diego is coined in March 21, 1964 for a 52 years ago. You can go and visit for all season because it's located in California there is never going to be freezing. I would like to say if you are looking have fun with your family or friends, visit to San Diego is a very good idea, there is so many interesting things. I have visited only SeaWorld, USS Midway Museum and also some beach, but I will visit San Diego Zoo. My personal advice is if you are in SeaWorld just buy water protector jacket its not too expensive or you can bring some clothes, I thought I don’t need this, that’s why I am here its SeaWorld something like that. That was very bad idea because the
Everglades National Park is sanction to some of the most exceptional animal and plant ecosystems. I am a native of Florida who lived in the state for the majority of my life. I visited the state of Texas on numerous occasions, if I had to choose one of the two states to retire I would first outweigh the difference between the two. My decision will be based on cultural climate, recreational activities and economics.
One vacation spot to consider is Cancun Mexico. Where some options are swimming, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and sailing! Much fun can be had here in Cancun Mexico! According to Escape Here/Cancun Mexico, it states that “Cancun Mexico offers so much more than just wild spring break parties and glitzy hotels!” it also states that “Cancun Mexico is one of the best places for surfing possible to find!” Family vacations would be extra fun if Cancun was chosen as a vacation spot. What makes Cancun even more interesting is that the waters actually help with Rheumatic diseases, and it has over 140 hotels! Cancun was not always called Cancun, it used to be called Ekab Mexico. In Cancun, keep in mind swimming in a cenote is also an option, and so is going on tours. A popular tour
Florida, nicknamed The Sunshine State, is a tourist and retiree magnet. The state’s high temperatures, exotic wildlife, and sunny skies attract people of all ages. Even the first Spanish explorers to the area thought it was a paradise. A leading producer of oranges, Florida’s economy is growing faster than any other state’s. From the shallow swamps of the Everglades of the south, to the “hammock” studded forests of the north, Florida is a truly unique state. Florida’s early history, geography, climate, wildlife, and economy stand out from other states. It is a state that should be visited at least once in a lifetime.
For the first cultural event, I decided to visit the Orlando Museum of Art. Personally, I had never been to an art museum until now so I wasn’t sure what the art would like. I never had an interest to go to an art museum or an interest for art in general because it is very uninteresting in my opinion. I felt like I didn’t belong in the art world. I felt like art was meant for intelligent individuals who understood complex art and the intentions behind a piece of art. Even if I tried to understand art, I was always very critical of it because I never understood what makes art “art” and why it is so important to others. By touring the Orlando Museum of Art, I was hoping to gain a deeper appreciation and understanding for art.
What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word Florida? Warm weather, Disney World, the ocean, vacation, beautiful beaches? What about endless cockroaches and lizards, relentless humidity, and delusional conspirators everywhere? (Hsiung). Florida is not as perfect as most people believe, in fact, you have a 1 in 31 chance of becoming a victim of a property crime in Florida (Crime Rates for Florida). The high crime rate, overpopulation, dangerous wildlife, and weather conditions are the four leading reasons to avoid permanently residing in Florida.
In the summer time most people want something cold to battle the heat. Some people go and get ice cream or cone shaped snowballs and others might stay indoors playing video games with the air conditioner blasted on high. I get the people who like to take a nice little dip.
