Vin Scully is considered the greatest broadcaster of all time to most Americans. He was the TV sportscaster for the Los Angeles Dodgers for 67 seasons and is considered the “voice of summer” to those living in Southern California. He also broadcasted several other sports on television, including football and golf and he has won many awards for his broadcasting career. Vin had a very sad but inspiring childhood. When the Dodgers moved from New York to Los Angeles, Vin came with them and announced their very first game in Los Angeles, California. Vin absolutely loved everything about his job as a broadcaster.
