Dracula is a story about vampires whiten by Bram Stoker it was publish in 1897 by Constable and Co, The novels become very popular it was one of the best sell novels at the time. The novel takes place in Dracula’s castle located in the city of Transylvania. The story talks about different characters this characters get the reader’s attention with their interesting stories. The book shows how people have a fear for Dracula even when some people have never seen him before. The story will show the reader that even when a person has a fear for something the person can overcome the powerful fear. The situation in Bram Stoker book that made the author write this book was love. The author was in love with a person when he desisted to write the book. Van Helsing is a professor at a school, and it is also a philosopher. This means that he is a person that is really smart and wants to learn a lot of new things, he is a scientist. Van Helsing has been in different had a situation that has made him stronger. “ I have studied, over and over again since they came into my hands, all the papers relating to this monster; and he more I have studied, the greater seems the necessity to utterly stamp him out” (pg. 259).Helsing knows what he facing is and he also knows it will not be easy to kill Dracula. Van Helsing has come up with a good idea of getting closer to Dracula as chief to destroy him. Van comes with the great idea that will be close and observe the steps Dracula takes. He has a strong inner person he believes in himself that he could do anything he wants. Van Helsing is a strong person that does not like to depend on anyone, he is smart, and capable of inventing a lot of new things.
