Unplanned Birth Control

Being a mother is a God-given right for every woman, and it is a precious experience of a woman’s life. However, several scientific researches show that unplanned and unwanted pregnancies lead to overpopulation, poverty, joblessness, and health complications for both mother and child. Sometimes if a child’s birth is unplanned, the relationship between the child and parent will be poor. That is why birth control methods are very necessary things to prevent those kinds of unwanted and unplanned pregnancies. There are several types of birth control methods that have been confirmed by scientific processes, including tubal ligation, vasectomy, implant, injection, combined oral contraceptive, patch, emergency contraception, and more. However, according

to scientific studies, many people are not aware of the advantages and various types of birth control methods, and as a result, have unplanned pregnancies. Research shows that recently teens’ pregnancy has come up as an important issue due to high expenses for foster care and the bad future of teen moms and their children. When teen moms have babies at an early age, they cannot finish their school or college studies, which is why they cannot get a successful job. It results in poverty and joblessness, as well as medical complications in both mothers’ and children’s lives. Therefore, it is very important to educate people to prevent unplanned and unintended pregnancies.
Literature Review
This literature review includes multiple research findings and methodology regarding the use of contraception among adolescents. The findings include the certain kinds of expectations of women and their use of oral contraceptive pills. In addition to those findings, the negative consequences for both mother and child from unexpected pregnancies and emergency contraception will be reviewed. It also includes the association between hormonal contraceptive use and neural change in the women. Moreover, due to lack of public awareness of birth control methods, some weak and unhealthy children from unwanted or unplanned pregnancies are born will be examined.
