Villages need to access ICTs connection simply because they need to educate themselves and understand how the system of ICTs works. Health Centre’s and hospitals have to ensure that they are connected with ICTs. The access to internet for all public and private hospitals need to improve. Considering that ICTs applications in health area include use of electronic health records, telemedicine, networked medical equipment and internet as a source of information about health.
