Recommended: Cyberstalking and cybercrime

Cyber stalking is a very serious form of online harassment. It involves sending messages to a recipient excessively. Cyber Stalking is usually an obsession of some sort that is fueled by hatred or desire. In my opinion Cyber stalkers are usually trying to control their victims and they will do this by attacking friends and family members. A Cyber Stalking investigation starts with the victim because the perpetrator is not yet known and has probably taken precautionary measures to not get caught. The victim, male/female has to be completely forth coming with all information. This means he/she has to be willing to provide everything the Cyber stalker has sent to them. At that point an investigation will take place starting with the victim because the investigator has to make sure the victim is being completely open and honest about what’s going on. This will rule out any false accusations because there have been false reports of Cyber stalking. Once the investigation is confirmed as legit the investigator then determines the elements of the crime. The investigator will ask questions...
