There are two things, the cores of sports, that make up sports, very vital to what you can do within these games of this topic. There are some things you need one for, but, you also sometimes need them both to do some of those things. Most importantly, these two cores, they are connected to one another. Without one of the main tactics, almost every single thing you do in sports isn’t possible, at all, even if you try your hardest to do so. The cores I am talking about are physical prowess and mental agility. Now, currently we will find 3 pieces of text from a text called “Why We Run” made by Kelefa Sanneh, and 3 pieces from an article called, “What Could Be Better Than a Touchdown?” made by Bermd Heinrich. What we want are those that have physical prowess as an importance, but also want mental agility as the importance, too. Now, from the article, “And of course, if Lowery had fumbled during his interception return…” This has an importance because if Lowery hadn’t used his mental abilities, he would of dropped the ball or fail to catch the ball in the first place, or hadn’t moved at all, and would then failed the interception, if he hadn’t had his physical prowess. Another piece of evidence is, “But if Folk had missed the extra point…” Folk had to use both his physical prowess and his mental agility to get the ball in the location to where he needed to get in it for points, if he hadn’t had his mind, he wouldn’t plan how to shoot, and how much force the wind is using, and if he didn’t have his brawn, he wouldn’t have enough power to kick it to the goal and through the wind. One final piece is, “He breaks towards the ball, intercepts it, and dashes 26 yards…” Lowery needed both of his powers, physical prowess and mental agility, to help him do all that. First off, he needed to use his mental agility to think a plan to make a touchdown, and quick, and his physical prowess to do that all.
