True friends
Each person definitely meets billions of people in this world when they are alive, but how many people will actually set up a relationship? The answer is that it is many less relatively. That is because true friends are made by true hearts, and the true friendship will be found by experiencing different kinds of things. In my opinion, the definition of true friends is not as easy as knowing people around us in some specific occasions, but they should make some changes in our lives. Besides, we cannot assume that the other types of friendship are not the true ones, because people live in this diverse society and we must face many kinds of people so that we have to make as many friends as we can. Probably that is the survive skill. Generally, people met in some situations that had planned or in coincidence, such as parties, classes, or some unexpected occasions. Then they got along by communicating and spending time with each other. Considered to my own experience, almost all of my friends were from my school, we almost did everything with each other, like

For example, when we have a job in a firm, we need not only do our jobs perfectly, but also need get along well with our colleagues and boss in order to avoid some troubles. Some people might say that definitely are not true friends, but I believe that as long as we manage these with care, that would be the true friendship. These friendships will help us and benefit us a lot, but they are not like the normal friendship we got, it will take more substance compared with the normal one. Anyway, we need them all in our life. Anais Nin had said “Each friend represents a world in US, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.” I am convinced that friendship in any situation is important, even though sometimes we have controversy about
From the bedtime stories parents read to their children when they are going to bed, to the books students ready in high school, or the books adults ready have one most common element friendship. The history in the American literature three were many books, essays and songs about great friendships some are still famous and some are lost, in the era where people become friends by following each other on Instagram or sending request on Facebook. Mostly all persons on earth have a best friend and people say that it is hard to fine because a best friend should be some on whom you can always count on and that a person always count on you too. Sometimes having right person as your friends can help you but at the same time if you are in companionship of a bad person it can hurt you too. Who is the bad person and who is the good person is totally up to the person’s personal choice?
It is through these friendships that drive humans to improve themselves in mind, body, and soul. Without cultivating this bond of friendship humanity will fall apart.
Aristotle’s philosophical theory for a person’s happiness includes friendship. In order for a person to achieve the greatest amount of happiness and well-being, one must have friendships. He states that even people who hold wealth and power seek friends, “nobody will choose to live without friends even if he had all the other good things” (Aristotle 258). Friendships according to Aristotle, are also the bond the hold communities together and have a higher importance than justice, since friendship is the primary object. They are three different types of friendships in which all share the equal amount of qualities, and a type of affection, however, only one is long lasting.
Some people may believe that a true friendship is an unobtainable goal because the friends have to see the other as honest, virtuous, and worthy. They will remain friends as long as the friends remain virtuous and worthy in each other’s eyes. Some people may believe that true friendships are rare because people who are virtuous and honest are rare. Talking about true friendship, Aristotle states, “Such friendships are of course rare, because such men are few. Moreover, they require time and intimacy” (Aristotle, cited in St. Peter’s List, 2016.
There are many valuable things in life like family, sports, school but what about friendship? To live life without friendship is something no one should ever go through. Friendship is a necessity to living a successful life. Friendship occurs when someone is a supporter, gives assistance, and is attached to someone all the while genuinely taking care of them when they are hurt (The definition of friend, 1995-2002). A good and healthy friendship can be defined fro individuals as when someone has his or her own support system, a friend being loyal, and will always have genuine and mutual trust.
Society has made the idea of friendships essential. Apart from family, friends are necessary to have a successful civic, work or school relationship. Similarities between two people and a common interest create a profound relationship between two people. Although they are fun to have, disagreements and conflicts are bound to occur. Pleasure, utility and character are the three kinds of friendship.
She doesn’t know this, but she changed my life. She was there for me when it seemed like no one else was. When most of my friends were dissolving around me and I just didn’t feel like I could do anything right, she was there, and she made everything seem okay. It didn’t matter that I was inevitably going to graduate with a GPA a tenth of a point lower than I wanted, or that my director told me that he was disappointed in me because I just didn’t seem focused lately, or that my other friends just weren’t talking to me anymore. It didn’t matter because she was there and she made me feel safe. She’s my best friend, and I love her and admire her for so many different reasons.
To form a relationship it is thought we must look at different factors before we decide whether it is something we want to invest ourselves in. Within this topic there are a number of different theories, one of them being the matching hypothesis theory. This can be affected by many factors, one being proximity. This is the geographical and physical closeness of those considering a relationship, its clear we cannot get in to a relationship with someone we don't know or never met therefore proximity is a must for a relationship to form. Festinger et al (1950) conducted a study on proximity, they looked at how students living on a university campus formed friendships and relationships. Festinger et al concluded that the more frequent the interaction, the more likely a friendship or relationship would develop. A best friend is a special person. Someone you can always talk to and count on. When growing up you never truly know what a best friend is until you find one. I found mine when I was in third grade.
Friendship is the most wonderful relationship that anyone can have. Ideally a friend is a person who offers love and respect and will never leave or betray us. Friends can tell harsh truths when they must be told. There are four different types of friends: True friends, Convenient friends, Special interest friends, and historical friends. To have friendship is to have comfort. In times of crisis and depression, a friend is there to calm us and to help lift up our spirits.
Most beautiful kindred of all of humans are the companionship. Without excitement, confusion, tangles and commitment life becomes a cake-walk if people have a hand of a friend to hold on. Can everyone imagine if there is no friendship in the world? Nobody will care about one another. Friends are the pillars of strength that give support and comfort in life "A hedge between keeps friendship green”. Friendship is the one of the medium that can build unity among community. As Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of United States, once said, “Friendship is the only cement that will hold the world together”, I strongly agree to his statement because friendship teach to help one another, learn to accept each other and build trust and faith towards each other.
Overall, true friendship is very valuable, people tend to take friendship lightly, and friendship and interaction with others is necessary to life. First off, people have lots of friends, but people almost always have one or two really close and true friends. One can know if they have a true friend if that person is always there for them. True friendship is so valuable, and sometimes leads to marriage and if not,
We do not make friends because they are useful but the bond of friendship, once it grows stronger and stronger has a number of positive aspects. Friendship is one of the most important things you can get out of life. It’s something that everyone has to have because without it, we would all go insane. Just think if no one talked to each other and we never made friends, this world would be a ticking time bomb. Studies say humans need friendships and love to survive. A friend is someone difficult to find. A friend is someone you can always count on when times are tough. The dictionary's definition of a good friend is a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard. A good friend is there when you are struggling. For example, when a boy breaks your heart a good friend walks you through it and offers a shoulder to cry on. According to Bree Neff, a good friend is someone who is trustworthy, doesn't talk behind your back, listens to your problems, gives good advice and tries to lend humor along with his or her support. There are also bad friends, those who pretend to care and then turn around gossiping and starting drama. Good and bad friends are all around you, involved in your everyday life. To find good friends you should look for such traits as being kind, trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
