I can assist the OPCraft network / community by being on everyday for a good amount of time and being a staff member doing my job. I can also assist the community by filling in the staff members like if a staff member is afk I can take his part and do his work for him. I can also assist the server by making the community stop complaining about staffs being poopy (In other words shi*ty). I can also assist the server by finding bugs and instead of abusing it reporting it to icey and I can find more bugs as a staff by watching people seeing if they know anymore and if I see someone do a bug that is unknown I'll just report that one to icey or any Admins. My interest to become a Moderator for Minecats is solely based on the fact that I play on LionsDen about twelve plus hours during the summer and I estimate about four hours during the school year. This server has supremely grown on me like no server has before, I've noticed that most players that need help either get help from another player or a staff member, which is quite a unlikely occurrence. I've spent five and a half days on this server, and feel as though I'm ready to become a Moderator. My interest was struck when I got greifed and there was no greifing rule. I help out my family and community in several ways. I have volunteered to help coach cheerleading at Jefferson Elementary School everyday after school. I work at Mattoon Academy of Gymnastics and coach several classes and their gymnastics team. I also work in my church's nursery on Sundays. Talking about what you saw with family members or, friends helps determine how to figure out the problem. If they agree there is a problem, figure out who will talk to the person about getting help with their drug problem . Some people find when they seek help for themselves that the person with the drugs use problem gets angry, perhaps because it represent a loss of control. What ways could i contribute the community? I could contribute alot to the community by giving good advice and helping out with anyone that needs help. By getting rid of the hackers, advertisers, spammers. I would also help with people that are having a bad day and hopefully be able to turn that day around.
In the play A Doll’s House written by Henrik Ibsen, Dr. Rank is not one of the main characters in the play. Even though he does not partake in a big role in the play, some of his actions and words have a great effect on the characters and the play’s outcomes. Dr. Rank is somewhat ignored and is an undervalued character because of his reduced role and line numbers, but his very small actions do have direct impact on the play. His relationships with Nora and Torvald play a big part, because he helps to reveal their true characters. Dr. Rank is also used as a symbolic device, to help the reader look deeper into the plot. It may seem as though he is just a friend and admirer from afar, but his role has a deeper meaning. Dr. Rank’s role in the play is to reveal the true individuals in the play and he is important in helping the reader discover the true personalities of the main characters.
The highest rank I received from my peers is Item 7 “Exhibited Strong Leadership Skills”. In my current job I am the leader of a large department. In order to be successful in my job I must communicate a strong vision, inspire others to succeed, and carryout the mission of the company that I work for.
I believe i will be an amazing staff member. A lot of staff members are inactive on insane prison (AU times) and i dont blame them. Even i wont like playing on Insane Prison at 5 in the morning just to help people and stop hackers. If i get accepted in being a staff member i will be very happy and be privileged to being a staff member on my favorite minecraft server. I have realized some staff members dont reply to most of peoples questions. (I know this because some staff members dont pay attention to me when i ask them to.) but if i become a staff member, I will help everyone and anyone with what ever they need. The community is everyone, but sometimes individuals need a little extra help, which the community as a whole would not be able to provide. By aiding certain individuals it makes you feel morally fulfilled along with making the person who needed the help get back on their feet. Giving back to the community or to an individual is morally correct from what I learned while growing up, and it provides self-gratitude.
Volunteering is an important contributor to our society. It is also a great opportunity to learn different skills, especially young people, and they will become a part of who you are. Your future employers will thank you for it, as will any college or university that you decide to apply too. It is also a perfect way for everyone to meet different people and experience different things. Volunteering not only actively will help people; it also helps the environment. Being helpful can make someone really enjoy that feeling most people get when they realize that what they are doing is a right thing. When someone feels good about what they are doing, they most likely want to recreate that feeling by helping the community even more. The many times someone helps, the better the community becomes. Helping the community may not cause a great impact, but it will have a little effect. The better the community becomes, the better the future will most likely become. In order to create a positive, loving, and a better future, one must take their time to help out their community because any small help can cause a great impact. A person should act to help others because there can be many benefits for themselves and others. If everyone in the world took the time to help each other, the world may eventually become a better place for the future of the minorities. Lots of new staffs were promoted yesterday and I wish to be part of them and the group itself. I can bring a friendly community and hopes to bring an active community also. Lots of friends such as blizzard and Bradyy all got trial mod and I wish to work with them as well as others. Being in ts a lot of the times gives me the advantage to help others and making sure no one is confused. There are no staff on in the morning around 7am EST aka United States. I wish to go for staff to help the few US and a lot of the EU players. Having the experiences from one of the former top hcf servers gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge to newer staff members. People that works hard in ts like XVL gives me motivation to apply to help out people as much as he did. As I said being staff isn't just about having the rank, but helping people get the best tI me they could possibly get. I have both kindness, patience, logic, and quickness. I would use logic and quickness when I'm off to catch hackers and would use patience and kindness when I am talking to a member about their problems.
