For the treasure hunt, the purpose was to provide entertainment to the children after working hard for their exam. These can increase the children’s abilities in creativity, critical thinking, leadership and teamwork where are important for their current and future life. One of the station games is Puzzle. Puzzles are commonly considered as a form of entertainment that requires the children to recognize patterns and thought of solutions to piece together an outcome that is considered logical. It can help to enhance the children’s thinking abilities and sharpen their intellect. I have understood the way that Mr.Anthony manages and takes care of the children with his wife, Madam Pelominamal. Other than that, I also learned that it is important to do planning before executing the activities for children because every decision will lead to consequences. Hence, every decision must be well plan before act to prevent bad consequences in order to nurture them good habit. Good communication skills help us improve our relationship. Learn to communicate well with children and members with an open mind. For the brainstorm is to generate more ideas and we can further understand the issues of our activities. I try to recognize the opportunities and generating ideas. I always have group discussion with my members to gather different ideas and choose the best solution for the problems. I also learn some moral values, such as teamwork and tolerance. I must cooperate and tolerate with each other in order to carry out our project smoothly. I do the project with my member together and give a hand to those who need help. Tolerance is to prevent argument in our group. I talk politely and listen carefully to others’ suggestions. I also accept criticisms and make correction of my mistakes. This is the reason why we can finish our community project successfully. Every member in the group contributes great efforts. Working together really can save a lot time because time is gold and I need to use it wisely.
