Tourism in Taiwan
Tourism in Taiwan is one of the major industry and contributor to the economy of Taiwan. Tourism-related affairs are regulated by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the Republic of China.
Taiwan is located in subtropical regions, creating new terrain bent Taiwan gap between the level of great geographical environment, rich in climate patterns, it is rich in natural resources. Taiwan also ranked East Asian transportation hub, and out of different cultures since ancient times, with Aboriginal, the Netherlands, Spain, China, Japan and the diversity of historical and cultural assets.

In 2014 there were 7,192,095 tourists inbound tourism, the number of 72.57% total station to visit Taiwan.

Shi Lin Night Market is Taipei's largest and most famous night market and it's just opposite the red line Jian Tan MRT stop. The street has gone through many locations in the past years. Back in the day, it was a long windy street full of vendors. As the area grew, the market consolidated into an open aired covered area with a grid design.
