Generally, tourism can be divided into three, namely eco-tourism, rural tourism and agro-tourism. Eco-tourism: tourism is based on the appreciation of responsible and ecologically sustainable. Ecotourism is a visit to the environmentally responsible nature (Ceballos and Lascurain, 1996). Based tourism: Tourism peasant agriculture is based on tourism which involves transactions performed by farmers, whether for personal, education, promotion of farm products or to increase income farm operators (Hilchey, 1993). Rural Tourism: Rural tourism focused aspects that are out of town and not available in the city. Lane (1994), by Sharpley and Telfer. et. al (2002) defines rural tourism as "Rural tourism extends beyond farm-based tourism to include special-interest nature holidays and ecotourism, walking, climbing and riding holidays, adventure, sport and health tourism, Hunting and Angling, educational travel, arts and heritage tourism, and in some areas, ethnic tourism.'' This means that all activities can be carried out in the rural areas because rural facilities that allow the activity performed. 2.2 Role of the Department of Human Resource Development Human Resources Officer should play their role in attracting the attention of the public to enter the field of their jobs. The training offered at the hotel, how recruitment and employee welfare are all factors that can predispose an individual to work in the hospitality sector. According to Dessler (2006) Human resource management is very important in any organization such as hospitality. A team of HRD (Human Resource Department) categorized good if you can carry out with all the team members have different responsibilities, job analysis, recruitment and training. Five story begins with physiological level or basic needs and at the top level is the level of self-satisfaction once (See Figure 1).
