Graphs are one of the most important tools when it comes to undertaking an assignment or project. Graphs are used to fulfill a job. They are the used for tasks such as, scheduling, planning, organizing and controlling jobs. When employees begin a project the key thing to begin with is creating a graph that will sort out all the different sections and the timeline of the project. There are many different kinds of graphs that are used to help plan different parts of the plan. Graphs such as, Gantt charts, PERT charts and flow charts are the charts that graph the entire process of accomplishing a project.
A Gantt chart is used to create and plan with a timeline. The two parts of the chart consist of the time it will take to finish the project and the tasks that must be done in that time. This graph uses bars to show what task has been done in a certain time period. The way the bar is placed shows the start through the end time it took for the assignment to be done. A Gantt chart is very simple to read and understand, keeping everyone on the same page at any point of the project. This graph can be used when building a house. It keeps track of what everyone is doing and a timeline of when you hope everyone will be done.
A PERT chart stands for Program Evaluation Review Technique. This graph, like the Gantt chart, is used as a timeline and for scheduling. It is used to analyze a project while having the time required to finish each part of the project. A PERT cart is made in a more difficult structure than a Gantt chart. A PERT chart can be seen in big projects. One example can be during the Olympics. There are specific times for each activity or presentation.
A Flow Chart is similar to the Gantt and PERT chart because it is also u...

5. Value Based Quality- a product can look like a simple everyday use that would make people assume it is a certain price. Depending on the value of the product, the amount a person would pay for it can differ. Whether the quality of the product is expensive or rare or old. All of these can make a big difference in how much a person would spend.
Product and service quality both involve how you met their expectations. The differences show the satisfaction of the customer. Product quality depends on whether the product is of high quality and low cost. The customer expects the product quality to match the value. Service quality depends on how the service relates to the task it was given. Both of these are necessary to give the customer the proper satisfaction.
A person should be able to describe the monthly costs to operate a business, or talk about a marathon pace a runner ran to break a world record, graphs on a coordinate plane enable people to see the data. Graphs relay information about data in a visual way. If a person read almost any newspaper, especially in the business section, they will probably encounter graphs.
What are graphic organizers? Graphic organizers are maps or charts that essentially reveal the organization of concepts and relationships of concepts in a straightforward manner. They help to make information more precise by cutting out a lot of the small details to allow focus on key points. This helps to lower the cognitive load on ELLs allowing them to process less heavy amounts of information all at...
Quality is an important part of any business rather from a customer’s perspective or a producer’s perspective. Quality from a customer’s perspective is they “want value and quality has become a major factor in the value of products and service” (Russell & Taylor, 2013, pg. 53). “The customer is the most important part of the production line” (Russell & Taylor, 2013, pg. 53). This can be referred to as quality of design meaning “involves designing quality characteristics into a product or service” (Russell & Taylor, 2013, pg. 54). Now let’s look at the quality from a producer’s perspective. This can be referred to a quality of conformance meaning “making sure the product or service is produced according to design” (Russell & Taylor, 2013,
According to the book, the diagram is an operation and route sheet that specifies operations and process routing for a particular part. It conveys such information as the type of equipment, tooling and operations required to complete the particular part.

However, in some cases we need to develop strategies for them to improve their efficiency, improve their machinery, install backup generation, etc. In these scenarios, a team is developed with the consultant being the project manager or point man. Therefore, these projects require the four functions to be followed so we can develop the best possible solution. The first function used is “Planning”, which allows us to outline a strategy catering to the specific needs of our client. The “Planning” function also gives us a time table on how long the project will take to complete, who needs to be involved, and how we expect to accomplish each goal.
Gantt Chart: a chart in which a series of horizontal lines shows the amount of work done or production completed in certain periods of time in relation to the amount planned for those periods. It is used for scheduling resources, including management system inputs such as human resources and machines.

There are different types of UML diagrams. Each UML diagram is designed to let developers and customers view a software system from a different perspective and in varying degrees of abstraction. UML diagrams commonly created in visual modeling tools include: use case diagram which displays the relationship among actors and use cases. Class case diagram models class structure and contents using design elements such as classes, packages and objects. It also displays relationships such as containment, inheritance, associations and others. Sequence diagram displays the time sequence of the objects participation in the interaction. This consists of the vertical dimension (time) and horizontal dimension (different objects). Collaboration diagram displays an interaction organized around the objects and their links to one another. Numbers are used to show the sequence of messages. State diagram displays the sequences of states that an object of an interaction goes through during its life response to received stimuli, together with its response and actions. Activity diagram displays a special state diagram where most of the states are action states and most of the transitions are triggered by completion of the actions in the source states. This diagram focuses on flows driven by internal processing.
A subcomponent of written communication is visualizations. Visualizations as discussed earlier can be as simple as a picture or graph and most commonly used in aviation as maps and charts. Most newer aircraft display a moving map to increase situational awareness and geographical location of the aircraft. This visualization tool quickly and precisely indicates where the aircraft is located so
The activity flow chart shows the different steps that have been taken in a complex operation. By breaking the steps down, it becomes easier for the analyst and law enforcement organizations to identify the misconduct of a complicated operation. The activity flow chart is also used along with other charts to help further demonstrate probable activity.
Projects can be completed individually or as a group and assesses academic learning goals, how well students work together cooperatively, and individual accountability.
Infographics are so popular because audiences can absorb the information quickly and conveniently. It today’s hectic, fast-paced world, anything that is quick and convenient is seen as desirable.
Every consumer has a unique way of measuring benefits versus costs and will sometimes pay for higher quality items and other times buy the low costs items, depending on which has the highest value to them.
32). The students are then able to visually keep up with their results and progress over a short or long period of time, which is then used as a motivational, visual tool. Not only does self-graphing aide in improving positive academic behaviors and habits, it also is, a contributing force for motivating students to improve due to the visual stimulus the graphing provides (p. 32). All of the student’s progression is laid out for them in one place, whether it is on a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or a simple bar graph they draw themselves. Self-graphing is a great way to promote an increase is wanting to do better particularly in reading and writing. Teachers and students are also able to sit together and decided which graph would be best to satisfy the greatest amount of motivation. According to Hirsch, Ennis, and McDaniel (2013), self-graphing allows for flexibility in the since that if a student does not make their goal one week, they still have the option to make it the following week (p. 33). Hirsch et. al. (2013), suggest that setting up long term reading goals on a graph allows the students to visualize where they need to be at a specific time frame, providing motivation in a visual way (p. 33). If a child seems to struggle with behavior choices, self-graphing is a positive way to provide a visual
