Schools are one of the first places where kids' behavior and future educational success is shaped. Teachers are carriers of either positive or negative behavior toward students. The reason why the first years of school are so critical is because kids learn the base of their educational life. I believe that teachers must love their career in order for them to pass enthusiasm, to assists, and to provide a warm environment to the students. In my opinion teachers are the second mothers for the students because students spend a lot of time with their teachers. At the same time. I believe a real teacher becomes through many years of training and experiences in the field. The same way, mothers are not born being great mothers but as their experiences with their kids expands they become experts on the field. We know that mothers look the best for their kids and one of their goals is to raise their kids so they can become professionals and pioneers for the society. Some of the mother's role toward kids is to give them care, love, respect, lead, instruct and to try to form a safe and pleasant environment at their homes. Are these attitudes of the mothers toward their kids related to what the role of the teacher should be with the students in the classroom? If not, what should be the role of the teachers then?
I believe that a teacher is someone who becomes through many years of training and experiences in the field. I have not found a teacher who is an expert the first day of their profession. I believe that is urgent for everyone who is a teacher or is planning to become one to get prepare in the field the best they can. All teachers who get prepare will know how to set up rules in the classroom. Those kind of teachers will probably have less problems in their classroom because they will be able to control the classroom.
There are all types of teachers some are better than others. Through my life I had some professors who were well prepared and some who were not. I had some teachers who just came into the class and stared teaching. They did not get involve with the students. I rarely talked to them. Those teachers did not showed any concern about what the students were feeling.
The housing crisis in America is a major problem plaguing the United States' economy. Before a solution is formulated, one must consider the history of the market and the causes of the problem. And after a solution is formulated, one must present an idea for prevention of the problem for the future.
The greatest investors in the world all understand one common theme when it comes to successful investing, “markets are volatile and they fluctuate.” Whether it is real estate investing or investing in stocks, there is an inherent risk. Therefore, new investors who are trying to decide whether to invest their available capital in real estate or stocks must learn to understand their own risk tolerance. To understand risk successfully, new investors must first learn some of the pros and cons of both real estate investing and stock market investing.
The basic cause of the financial crises falls collectively on debt and mortgage-backed assets. Since the Great Depression the property prices in the U.S. were always steadily incr...
The Indian Classical Kathak dance and the Spanish Flamenco have striking similarities even though the location and culture of their origins greatly differ.
Markets have a big impact on the economy of any country. In the United Kingdom, one of the main markets that effects its economy is the housing market. According to FTI Consulting LLP (“FTI”) (2012) housing is of intrinsic importance to the economy and society. Housing has a dual role as: a human need, through its functional use as somewhere to live and the influence of its attributes on people’s well-being; and an asset, given that for many it is a long term investment which represents a large proportion of their wealth. The housing market is divided into two main types, the first type of housing market is known as the rental market where tenants rent properties from landlords (Anderton, 2008). The second type of housing market is the owner-occupied market where people buy a property in order to live in it (ibid). In recent years, several non-price factors have led to the increase of property prices in the United Kingdom. These factors are subcategorized into non-price factors of demand and supply. According to Anderton in Economics (2008) “demand is the quantity of goods and services that will be bought at any given price over a period
Most people, today, are looking forward to buying their first property. When individuals decide to buy a house those individuals would have to look at all their options and all the advantages and disadvantages that come from purchasing a house. The economy plays a huge role in the decision whether people will purchase a house, purchase a condominiums, or rent property.
Teachers serve as the guiding force in a student’s life. They are responsible for molding a student’s personality and shaping his/her mental orientation. Teachers deeply impact our lives and direct the course of our future. One cannot deny the influence of teachers in one’s life. In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to say that, till a certain age, out life revolves around our teachers. They are our constant companions, until we grow old enough to come out of their shadow and move ahead on our own.
Demand and supply forces have the major impact in the industry as they determine growth or decline in the market (Seldin & Richard 1985). Owner, renter and user are on demand side of the market that is they are consumers. Developers, financiers and renovators are suppliers (Acton et al 1999). Unlike commodities market demand and supply forces do not float easily. This is because of the uniqueness of this market. Real market industry has these unique characteristics, durability of products as buildings can last for decades or centuries. Each product (house) is unique in terms of buildings, location, and financing thus market has heterogeneous products (Acton et al 1999). Transaction costs are high and the process is usually long. Though there are mobile homes, but the land underneath is till immobile, real estate is an immovable asset (Acton et al 1999).
Being a teacher is not an easy task as many people could think. To be a teacher does not only imply to know the subject to be taught, it also includes being willing to constantly improve oneself integrally, as much as updating the resources and materials one uses in teaching. Reflecting and analyzing over and over again the best way to teach to learn and how to make students to extend what has been learned. The many hours spend in the classroom will never be enough to plan lessons, prepare materials, review pupils tasks and exams, as well, all the administrative requirements one has to cover for whatever institution we work. Besides all this a good teacher, a professional one, will have to find the time to keep preparing to improve oneself.
A teacher must discover their role in every classroom. Are they a lecturer, imparting their knowledge and expertise on a subject onto new minds? Or are they a fellow learner, learning alongside their students and discovering new ideas? Teachers must also find a balance of professional and personal. Some teachers make the mistake of getting too close to students, thus being taken advantage of as the “cool teacher” which is a stigma of its own. But must a teacher completely detach themselves from their students? A teacher wants to be approachable, but be respected by their students and maintain a professional distance. Some of my favorite teachers I had were those who were serious about work, but later I would gossip with about other students and teachers. You want to be a teacher who works well with
There are many things which make a teacher great and they all can`t be defined. However i`ve always considered several of them essential. In my opinion a good teacher is someonewho first of all creates interest in studying, doesn`t underestimate the children, has equal expectations of siccess from everyone and last but not least likes his job.
Carl Jung once said, “One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant for the soul of the child.” (Jung) Children are born ready to learn and are anxious to know everything about anything. Learning and developing these concepts helps build the foundation for the rest of your life. However as a little child you thrive from human relationships and you learn from what teachers, parents and other adults around you are doing. Positive role models will influence the child positively where as negative relationships will influence the child negatively. This is why early childhood teachers and the relationships that they make with their students are so important.
The role and responsibilities of a teacher is very complex. Teachers are responsible for making sure their learners acquire the knowledge they need, but also achieve their qualification by the end of the course in a safe learning environment, so they have the skills and experience they need to start their careers. To achieve that goal a teacher must be creative, professional, flexible and knowledgeable enough to deal with daily challenges and find different ways to help their learners needs. Establishing a safe and stimulating environment for learners, creating mutual respect and set goals that stretch and challenge learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
Expert teachers tend to adjust their thinking to accommodate with the level of reflection a problem situation calls for. Their teaching is characterized by an intentional competence that enables
