Chuck Norris, speaker of "A Funny Look at the Unintended Consequences of Technology," talks about new technologies like social media and AI, which were made to improve our lives and how we talk but often lead to unexpected problems. For example, social media was made to connect people, but it created issues like cyberbullying. Kairos operates here to help them realize that these are not problems that may arise sometime in the future; they are happening now and will get worse if we do nothing. Employing Kairos allows Nice to show, quite remarkably, that this may be a danger to technology that society must address right now. While new technology, like social media and artificial intelligence, has a lot of benefits, their unintended consequences show that the newer technology is not the problem, but the people who created it and how they end up using it.
