Donald Trump is a highly successful business titan, real estate mogul, reality television personality, and now a 2016 presidential candidate. Since announcing his candidacy this past June, he has been very loquacious on his views pertaining to foreign policy. He takes a very realist approach when addressing these issues. His views are very much in line with the belief that the international political arena is not dominated by altruistic ideologies, but rather nation-states that are self-interested. His foreign policy platform centers on using hard power to achieve America’s goals in the Middle East and to eradicate illegal immigration.
According to Donald Trump’s website his only foreign policy listed is immigration reform. His site states “A nation without borders is not a nation.” This is likely referring to the wall he has proposed building

Both are correct. While these immigrants are unable to receive food stamps, Medicaid or benefit from the Affordable Healthcare act, or Social Security; they do have ways to obtain many of these benefits. Any pregnant woman can obtain Medicaid. According to law emergency departments cannot turn away a person in medical need whether the care is reimbursed or not. This also includes acute mental health care as well. Immunizations can be obtained at public health departments. Food stamps are obtained for their “anchor babies” which is another inflammatory term that was once an acceptable identity. All children can receive Medicaid. A senate report states 750 million dollars was spent via 500,000 illegals or people who could not verify their citizenship with the proper documents when applying for healthcare through the Affordable Health Care Act. Thus, Trump and his democratic opponents are both right on this issue but to a
... 2002. Mexican immigrants use about $250 million in social services such as Medicaid and food stamps and another $31 million in uncompensated health care, that leaves a profit of $319 million” (218). But should we still allow people to put their lives at risk?
It is obvious the Republican Party has no brains. If they elect Donald Trump to run for president, they are going to lose big time. They can blame themselves for being so stupid. The establishment runs the Republican Party. They are the ones who lose major elections. The leadership of the Republican Party shifts the blame to conservative wing of the Republican Party; however, it is the moderate wing of the Republican Party who loses elections. Does John McClain ring a bell? If the Republican Party hopes to win the presidency, they must run a conservative or face another trouncing in the next election. It is that simple. Therefore, the Republicans had better wake up fast if they want to
I disagree because Mexican immigrants do not come to the United States to take advantage of medical services. Most Mexican immigrants come to the United States for job opportunities and a better life style. Medical services, such as medical are only services offered to those who qualify, and why not take advantage of a useful source that is offered to us. I believe that instead of having the border sealed, it should be opened. Opened for everyone who wants to come in. Mexican immigrants want only the best for themselves and for their families , we come here to work and not to harm anyone. If immigration wouldn’t be illegal the world would be a better place because there wouldn’t be a disgrace of having families separated. Although Scott is right when he says that if there wouldn’t be job opportunities or a way to succeed in this country their wouldn’t be much immigrants in the United States, I cannot accept his overall conclusion that Americans will do all the jobs that immigrants perform. I highly doubt any American would want to work all day under the hot sun picking fruits and
Donald Trump has brought up some good points during his campaign running but that still doesn’t stop him from being an arrogant guy running for president. He states “Stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons,” that’s a great idea but how is he going to stop that from happening. He can’t stop say stop and expects it to be done, he has to think about his plans and how he is thinking of stopping Iran.
But they’re many immigrants who pay their taxes and do everything right under the law. It still wouldn’t be right to take that privilege away despite their parents “lack” of knowledge. Some don’t know but it can’t be their child’s fault they don’t know better, if we educate these kids correctly they will do things correct under the law when they’re older and even educate their parents to make things right and continue forward. The term anchor baby is pretty hurtful considering, they are saying that their parents only came to this country illegal so they would have a right to stay here, when many kids have been separated from their families. “anchor babies” basically according to Donald trump means the mother has the kid on the border of united states just to grant her kid the citizenship which would benefit them later on. Which isn’t 100%
I think Mike Pence as our vice president is a good choice. He has governed Indiana pretty well. He is dedicated to making Indiana a better place. Pence takes leadership and does what he thinks is best for our state. I think these two will work well together for many reasons.
Donald Trump is a successful businessman who has accomplished more than most people could ever dream of. He started in the real estate business and has his own university, appeared on a T.V. show, is a billionaire, has many golf resorts, and is the president of the United States. He is criticized for many of his comments and political views. Some of these views are him wanting to build a wall to protect the United States from illegal immigrants and drugs, wanting to replace The Affordable Care Act, and banning people from Muslim countries to keep out terrorists. Although Donald Trump is often viewed as a controversial figure, he benefitted the United States of America by improving and creating jobs, proving that non-establishment politicians can still win the presidency, and by making America safer.
Donald Trump is the 45th president and currently still our president. He is a well educated and wealthy man that had become the president of the United States. Donald Trump has been in office for awhile now and there has been a lot of hate or love for him. Based on his opinions and what he does as the presidents gives people their thoughts on Donald Trump. As a president he makes a lot of bold moves and does act out. He is a president that speaks his mind and has no remorse sometimes. Donald Trump fan base is huge. He is a very popular man on social media and in general. What makes him the popular man that he is today is based of his actions. Donald Trump's base of supporter is massive and continues to grow based off of what he does in office. Donald Trump is just outrageous and really speaks his mind when it
I think that Bernie Sanders should be our next president. Bernie is doing three things that I believe will help America. First off he is trying to make college tuition free which will help people that don’t get scholarships, he also is legalizing marijuana which will get people out of jail that shouldn’t be there and people will be able to use it for medical purposes in every state. Bernie Sanders is going to raise Raise income tax rates for those making over $250,000, this is very good plan to even out the rich to poor ranges in America.
I want to thank every one of you for the support, that you have gave not only on the campaign trail, but also during my two years in the United States Congress, this term. As you know election season is around the corner, and I am hoping to have your support again as we being to campaign for my re-election for the great 5th District of Minnesota. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), which is a policy that was created on June 15, 2012 by our previous president Obama. The policy began to take place on August 15, 2017 for eligible young undocumented individuals. Former president Obama states, taking away DACA is not only “Cruel”, it's also “self” defeating, as these young undocumented individuals only want to build bright futures, they want to start new businesses, staff our labs, serve in our military, and otherwise contribute to the country we love. And it's cruel.”(Liptack). In this article, Obama argues against Trump's decision on voiding DACA, deportation of these young individuals striving to create a future for themselves could all be taken away, by an unjust move by our current president.
With the 2016 campaign currently taking place in the United States, several candidates have captured the attention of thousands. Both of the political parties, the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, have unusual candidates running for the Presidency. It even seems as if some of the current candidates are just desperate for attention. However, the runners seizing attention, such as Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, have political views located on the opposite ends of the spectrum from each other. Bernie Sanders, a Democratic candidate and Vermont senator, is a seventy-four-year-old Jewish man who carries unusual qualities from other political candidates. Sanders manages to grasp the attentiveness of the citizens by addressing the many
Donald Trump is known for his eccentricity and unconventional businesses practices. He exhibits an unconventional leadership style. Donald Trump started early to develop his personal brand, this is exhibited by every piece of real estate Mr. Trump owns. Every casino, building or golf course has his name on it. He is eccentric, powerful, but yet he makes very smart business decisions. He is also a risk taker. All these business skills have made him a very well recognized business leader, and one of the nations most known billionaires. Donald Trump has appeared in many magazines, has written a couple of books, and even gotten his own show on NBC called “The Apprentice”. But what makes Donald Trump successful in almost every endeavor he takes on? Was he born a leader? or did he just become a great leader. There are certain characteristics common in all leaders. This paper will examine some of those leadership styles.
As both "conservatism" and "liberalism" have had various meanings sooner or later and transversely countries, the word liberal conservatism has been used in relatively different sanity. In political science, the word is used to pass on to ideologies that merge the support of capitalism, for instance value for contracts, protection of private property and free market require reference to validate with the principle in natural discrimination, the significance of religion, and the worth of traditional integrity need reference to validate in the course of a construction of inadequate, legitimate, representative government (Abdou & Zaazou 2013). It contrasts with traditional liberalism and particularly aristocratic conservatism, rejecting the belief of correspondence as a little in discordance with human nature, instead emphasizing the thought of natural inequality (Crozier. 2012).As the conservative thought in democratic countries hold typical liberal institutions such as the rule of law, private property, market economy, and constitutional representative government, the liberal factor of liberal conservatism
His positions on international politics are relatively innovating, sice he plans on instauring a new internationalism, as opposed to a new isolationism. Efficiency of the foreign politics, and end of the inconscious american domination.
