The law gives privileges to individuals in certain circumstances. In a company, for the welfare of workers and employers established law. The law should be established to safeguard the rights of employees of the employer up to the subordinates. For example, job advertisements displayed to the public shall not affect the case of religion, color, place of birth, sex and so on. Discrimination against advertising means advertising that does not touch on the sensitivities displayed as white people only admitted to work in this company because it shows that the company is racist to a dark-skinned people. So, things that can cause discrimination must not be placed in the press for the common good.
