Therefore, the people who make these ads can not be questioned and using offensive language. For example, job advertisements displayed to the public shall not affect the case of religion, color, place of birth, sex and so on. Discrimination against advertising means advertising that does not touch on the sensitivities displayed as white people only admitted to work in this company because it shows that the company is racist to a dark-skinned people. So, things that can cause discrimination must not be placed in the press for the common good. Recruiting people as "walking billboards" is controversial, considering the chances of being employed would be biasied, due to how a worker may look. Steven Greenhouse, the author of "Going for the Look, but Risking Discrimination" provides the reality of how looking a certain way for a job, is associated to prejudisim. In contrast, Mr. Cohen's analysis depicts that "being able to find a brand enhancer, or... a walking billboard, is critical." However, I disagree with Cohen, because there is more to a product than just an attractive representative.
Ethics deals with actions with adequate standard of attitudes, behavior that is pleasing to the people or organizations. Every job has a code of ethical conduct that is supposed to be is followed. It is very necessary to understand that ethical rules must apply and obey with basis of what is right and wrong which is written in the law.
