Most men and women don't realize that there are many simple anti ageing treatments that they can use in order to avoid or slow down aging . There are 2 main causes of anti aging: 1. Natural : This type of aging is hereditary and depends on the genes & hence it is quite difficult to prevent. 2. Thus, wrinkle creams have become one of the major anti aging treatment products today. Scores of anti ageing wrinkle creams have entered the anti-aging market. But it doesn't mean that all these creams are good. The introduction of many "herbal and ayurvedic creams" has made it difficult for the women to decide on which product is right for them. So choose carefully. 2. Anti ageing treatment :( Genetic Treatment) The most dynamic aspect of the genetic research is to create genetic treatments for anti ageing. Geneticists say that, human beings have 30,000 active genes. As we grow older, these genes become inactive which ultimately results in ageing looks. With respect to the researchers, anti ageing treatment with animals are likely to continue in next few years, before tests with human begin. Thus, this Anti ageing treatment will be a boon for the coming generation. 3. Anti ageing treatment (Copper peptide treatment): One of the anti aging treatments that are boomingtoday is the copper peptide treatment. Copper is normally found in trace quantities in our cells. When this is converted into copper peptide results in the skin regeneration . Since copper is an anti oxidant, it damages free radicals leaving a better
These include fine lines, wrinkles and roughness. All the same, more research is a must to prove how it could stop skin aging. Additionally, there is a rumor that it could heal amyotrophic lateral Sclerosis or ALS. This disease affects the brain and spinal cord nerve cells for movement.
...lier age. Where can we draw the line, and say your beautiful any way you are. People deal with eating disorders and depression as a result of being out casted, not one of the beautiful people. There have been multiple cases of death due to starvation and malnourishment, these people paid the price of beauty with their lives. There is harm being done daily by the ad’s that you see on television and the people that are said to be “role models” in the entertainment industry. Do we want our children growing up in a world based on insecurities and twisted self perception? I for one believe that beauty is an action, it is a way of attitude and kind nature. There are many ways to be beautiful in this world without the need of a cream, or surgery. There is no need to have the statuesque build of a Barbie to be beautiful, in a world where you can be anything, be yourself.
People in the Brave New World book, never really age or have to endure old age and death. People in this society always care about the way they look and want to look as youthful as they can be. Just like in today’s society everyone wants to look youthful and young. Doctors have created procedures and medicine to take to make people look younger. There is also special makeup that can help conceal the aging effects like wrinkles, bags under their eyes, or blemishes. But this is normal in Brave New World and today’s
Humans undergo several stages during their lifetime including growth, development, reproduction and senescence. Senescence is defined as the deteriorative biological changes that organisms experience as they age eventually leading to death. These changes include low metabolism, a weak immune system, memory loss, poor vision and loss of hearing. Senescence begins in humans during their post-reproductive years. However, gerontology research has shown that individuals who reproduce late have longer life spans compared to individuals who reproduce early. Nonetheless, it does not indicate that senescence is inevitable. All organisms experience senescence, but at different rates and time. Many genetic diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and Huntington’s disease are prevalent in older individuals and the symptoms being to appear in middle adulthood. The causes of genetic diseases and disabilities in older individuals are explained by three evolutionary theories: antagonistic pleiotropy theory, mutation accumulation theory and disposable soma theory. These theories suggest that favorable natural selection and heavy allocation of resources for somatic maintenance during the reproductive period decreases the chances of genetic diseases in younger individuals.
Women who are older tend to be ignored or portrayed as very undesirable, not feminine looking and sometimes the media goes to the extremes by subliminally telling women not to age. The men are portrayed as very attractive as they age, and heights of the achievements in life are emphasized. These biases are really unfair especially to ageing women but because the media has made it a stigma whereby the minds of the public are molded and conditioned to think that way. The media shows the public by giving them the bias that ageing men are more acceptable than aging women. Women and men are similarly not the same on the media advertisement. Therefore, in real life ageing women seem to be getting the negative impacts with their looks when it comes to aging, whereas, in real sense, aging is inevitable and is something that everyone will experience at some point in their
The look that everyone strives for is youthful and attractive. In the movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Benjamin was born with wrinkles, looking like an eighty-year-old man. Many people did not find him attractive but he could do nothing about it. He knew he was growing up in reverse. As he grew “young”, his wrinkles started to disappear, he could walk better, his gray hair was turning into a more brownish color. Everything you would think about aging, he was going through it in reverse. What was happening to him was the complete opposite of how people usually age. Once people start to hit their middle aged years, signs of aging will visually start to appear such as a few gray hairs, wrinkles. Many people will never forget the day they see their first gray hair or wrinkle (Cavanaugh & Blanchard-Fields, 2015). My sister just turned thirty a few months ago and for most people that is a huge milestone in their lives. Prior to her birthday, she noticed one strand of gray hair, she showed me and I could not see it but she definitely did. It is things like this that make aging the worst thing. Getting gray hair is natural, but today’s society says different. Gray hair is bad, wrinkles are not okay. You do not get Botox? You want to have wrinkles than? There is so much pressure on everyone to stay young and continue to have that youthful look when they
People endowed with beautiful skin are lucky, but if they abuse it by not having an exercise program, it will disappear. Sweating out can reverse aging as it removes the toxins from your body including your epidermis. There is scientific evidence that exercise can slow down aging as based on the study led by Mark Tarnopolsky as reported by the New York Times. It showed that sedentary lifestyle can affect the normal functioning of your body because of poor blood circulation and proper distribution of nutrients to the cells, tissues and organs.

...worse than before. For instance, old men and women inject their faces to resemble those in their youth, but they worsen their mental and physical state by executing such actions. To conclude, one should embrace her appearance because aging is inevitable.
Another area of medical advancement is genetic engineering. Genetic engineering will detect and possibly stop diseases before birth. Many diseases are associated with specific genes that can be checked for disease and replaced if dysfunctional. Genetic testing has already revealed genetic mutations that cause hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, colon cancer, polycystic kidney disease, Alzheimers disease, and others. (5) Replacing missing, altered, inactive, or dysfunctional genes will prevent diseases or even death. Also, progression of a disease can be monitored, and
Researchers have found out that the aging of cells is a result of damage in the molecules which make up the cells, such as proteins, lipids, DNA and RNA. These building blocks of our cells get damaged over time, this causes the cells to function less well. The cells in their turn build up the different tissues in the human body, therefor if these cells operate less well the entire human body will be affected by this in the form of aging.
