Now a days parents can either do the experiment to help someone in need like Nash and Molly’s parents decided to do. The other option is to add traits to the child that the parents don’t contain. These traits could deal with different hair color, eye color, intelligence, and etc (Bordon, 2012). In order for this to happen the mother will needs to do seek a doctor to complete the four step process. The first step is to create an embryo with in-vitro fertilization (IVF)(Shreeti,Sigdel,2016). “In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a complex series of procedures used to treat fertility or genetic problems and assist with the conception of a child. During IVF, mature eggs are collected (retrieved) from your ovaries and fertilized by sperm in a lab.”(Shreeti,Sigdel,2016).
