With all the recent incidences of school shootings and other acts of violence, school administrators all over the country are trying to think of ways to prevent such incidences from occurring at their schools. You, too, are probably faced with the concern of school-related violence and how to prevent it. Many school administrators are considering forcing students to sit with students who aren't in their group or clique, but is this actually a good idea? Will forcing students to sit with people they don't like and/or don't want to sit with actually help them to get along better, or will it encourage more violence towards persons of other cliques? I believe that more problems will be created than will be solved by following the proposed solution.
First of all, the problem upon which we are deliberating involves the formation of groups in the school. To find a solution to a problem, you first must know the cause(s) and result(s) of the problem. There are many reasons as to why students form groups. One of the largest factors in the formation and choice of cliques is common interests. Students want to hang out with people who like the same (or similar) things that they do. For example, if there are two students in the school, and one likes sports and the other likes drama and art, they most likely won't get along well because they don't have anything in common. If two people have nothing in common, they will get bored if they hang out with each other since they won't be able to find anything that BOTH of them want to do. If you look at all the different groups in our school, most people in each one have something in common - the guys in the football clique all play football, the girls in the cheerleader clique all cheerlead, etc. Although most people who play the same sport or are involved in the same activities are in a group associated with that sport or activity, not everyone in that sport or activity is in that group. Often, these students aren't in the clique because they and the other people in the activity/sport have a major difference. A few such examples could be the middle school they attended or other interests they may have. Often, students who go to the same middle and possibly even elementary schools have already found some good friends and they want to stick with their friends in high school.
Furthermore, educational institutions are suppose to emphasize learning and teaching- it is children grow and learn more about the world each day. However today's educational institutions mostly rely on punishment, violence, and misbehavior. Guided by the mass increase of school shooting and reports of increase in school violence, schools around the world have recently adopted revolutionary solution and prevention methods.
Cho poked his head in the room a couple of times and looked around before exiting and entering a different room. The first shots were heard across the hall, in the hydrology class. It sounded like a nail gun or hammer hitting concrete blocks.
It is necessary for the schools in the United States to take more action in order to keep the students safe during the day. It is obvious that schools are not safe, forcing everyone to take a part in stopping the violent behavior which takes place in schools on a daily basis. There are many warning signs and ways to prevent this violence from taking place, it is just a matter of using money more wisely and creating more programs for preventing violence before it erupts in schools. There is no excuse for students to feel unsafe in an environment which the government forces them to be in. It is necessary that more action take place and that more training take place in order for schools to be safer, and in the event where violence does occur, the staff of the school is equipped to stop it before it gets out of hand. There is no time like now to keep the children and our schools safe from predators and especially from school violence.
Recent studies show that high school students no longer only talk to, and/or become friends with the stereotypical cheerleader, jock, or band geek that they are, but rather look much farther than that. Maybe a quarterback does not understand his algebra class, and his nerd of a classmate wants to learn how to throw a perfect spiral for physics. Tradeoff. The quarterback asks the nerd to help him, and visa-versa. Wait a minute. They actually had fun together, and are now fr...
School violence has become an increased peril, affecting not only those involved, but the society in itself. The underlying reason for this phenomenon is that it is derived from bullying and easy access of weapons. It can even happen by the hands of a person who does not attend the school where the act takes place. Bullying has become an epidemic in America amongst school children. Though there are rules enforced about weapons at school, the weapon is usually not detected until the incident takes place. I have witnessed violence in the form of fighting while in school, however, I have never imagined that it has become so aggressive and affects children at younger ages. We must take a bold stand to stop these incidents from occurring!
As a society, how should we respond to the violence taking place in schools? How do we respond to the traumatic events of the twentieth century, where a series of school shootings lead by students at 12 different schools planned and carried out violent shootings that resulted in the deaths of several students and teachers at each school? These events alone have come from the United States, in fact from Washington, Alaska, Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Oregon, Virginia, Colorado, Georgia, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Michigan, Florida, and California (Daniels 2011). In July 1998, President Bill Clinton said that this series of school shootings had "seared the heart of America." Our society feels impotent and concerned and most of all aware that this is a situation that needs immediate attention. Call it an epidemic of violence threatening all American schools as some news reports have published.
Violence in our schools is an issue that has become more prominent in the last few years. News articles about violent deeds within the school setting are on the increase. Our society demands that schools are safe for our children. In order to maintain a peaceful environment for all, we must address and inform our schools, children, and parents as well as the neighboring communities about the issue of school violence. As David W. Johnson, the author of Reducing School Violence states, “To eliminate violence and resolve destructive conflicts, schools must first admit that such conflicts are out of control.” (Johnson 7) Schools in general must identify with these issues in order to deal with them.

Marketing is the principle which connected to people’s daily life. In the past, marketers defined marketing as the concept of selling by telling benefits of products (Kotler & Armstrong , 2004). In the recent years, there has been a particular alteration on this principle. Kotler (2005) claims that “Marketing is the science and art of exploring, creating, and delivering value to satisfy the needs of a target market at a profit”. Marketers focused mostly on added value to product that could meet’s customer expectation in domestic market (Kotler & Armstrong , 2004). Then, as the world is associated from country to country by technology, marketers see the world as a single market. (Heerden & Barter, 2008). It could be good opportunity for international companies to expand their product across countries to achieve financial goal and gain acceptability of branding (Heerden & Barter, 2008).Therefore, international marketing is a crucial role that apply to foreign market to understand the

Conducting marketing research in the workplace of an international business is important in improving key marketing decisions. Unlike the vagueness of general business research, marketing research has a formal set of guidelines to follow in order to gather data and analyze it. This method is essentially a problem solving method, where the solution is found using data collection and analysis. There are three distinct methods of generating marketing research: exploratory, descriptive, and casual research (Smith 2012). Exploratory research is used when trying to define and solve a major international marketing issue. Exploratory research is used to come to a solution to a marketing problem by studying different options and clarifying major marketing concepts. Descriptive research defines questions and forms a method of analysis prior to data collection (Smith 2012). Casual research is as simple as its name. With casual research, people are looking to find a cause and effect relationship between two variables in a less structured way. The three of these are very general marketing research strategies, but in order to apply them to international business, they must be focused on globally and internationally versus locally. Finding marketing strategies that encompass more than one culture and demographic is essential to the success of any international
