The DreamWorks film, ‘The Prince of Egypt,’ and the story from the Bible are different when compared. The DreamWorks Picture made in 1998, tells the story of Moses found in Egypt trying to free God's people from the Pharaoh,but this not the main focus in the film.The film follow mainly around Moses’ adventure to free the Israelites,thus making the Movie inaccurate.The things i will be stating that is mostly inaccurate are,the storyline,the characters and the settings. The first area the director of the film changed “The Prince of Egypt was” the storyline.The first reason i believe that the editors changed the film is to make the film more exciting.The second reason i believe that they changed the animation was because of the characters
The film The Prince of Egypt is in the most part very accurate with the exception of some minor details. The movie was released in 1998 produced and animated by Dreamworks which was about the story of Moses. The first topic that will be discussed is that the the plot was overall the worst section done. Another accuracy of the film that will be reviewed is the settings element is the best and most accurate part of the film. Finally, the diversity in the characters will be reviewed and are mostly accurate in the whole. Therefore, there are many similarities and differences between the Bible and the movie, ‘ The Prince of Egypt’.
...the two versions have significant differences and very few similarities, but this is understandable due to the two versions being tailored for very contrasting audiences. The Greek gods valued physical strength over love whereas modern society today values love over physical strength which has become an essential element of pop culture. Thus, this evolution serves as the foundation of why Disney had to make alterations to their plot, characters, peripheral details, and the notion of being a true hero. Without such alterations, younger audiences would not be able to relate to the story and therefore, not be able to gain a valuable lesson from it. In addition, these alterations allow for the movie to blend in smoothly with pop culture, where "love" is one of the most abundant aspects of entertainment.

It tells the story of two twin girls, Tages and Taous from the ancient Egyptian capitol city of Memphis, who were wrongfully detached from a wealthy family and left to fend for themselves on the streets. A short chain of events led the two girls to find themselves serving as priestesses of the Apis Bull in Sakkara, a temple town located just outside the capitol. It was there, in Sakkara, that the twins wrote the letter to the Pharaoh. Though the Pharaoh never responded to the letter, its discovery provided a small glimpse into both the culture and economy that existed in the ancient city.
I watched the documentary “Secret of the Wild Child”, on a girl who was in isolation from birth to thirteen years old. Her name was Genie and is referred to as a feral child. This means she was without human contact from a young age, and has no experience of human care, social behavior, and, of the human language. Feral children are often known as being raised as animals and therefore imitating their behaviors. However, a child who is severely neglected is also considered a feral child. In the case of Genie, the real focus was on her language development and deciphering if there was a critical age to learn a language.

Building programs remind present pharaohs and Egyptian people of past pharaohs triumphs and victories. Pharaohs used building programs to show loyalty and respect to the gods and goddess of Egypt. A few pharaohs in the 18th dynasty that greatly contributed to the building programs are Hatshepsut, Thutmose III and Thutmose IV.
The overall point of this investigation is to determine the influence of feminine stature in the Egyptian culture. I explored in deeper into this topic because the Egyptian culture had a lot of facets in their own culture that had disappeared for some time, only to be assimilated into modern day culture. Their culture was before their time. The period of the Egyptians was from 3500 - 525 B.C., where in 525 B.C. the Persians conquered the Egyptians (more on that later). It may have explained a natural phenomenon, religious truth, it could have been told for entertainment, or for structuralism in a society. Although we are unable to prove the truth behind the stories, they surely have been entertaining people for many years. As the stories may have been told in ritual at bedtime for children, or around a campfire for the town, they surely were memorable. In modern times we even see similarities in some modern western movies. Although some movies such as Hercules and Percy Jackson blatantly use the stories as their plot line, some authors and directors discretely put stories similar to mythology into their works. An example of this would be the similarities in The Myth of Osiris and Isis compared to The Lion King.

The movie I chose was very interesting and very entertaining. This movie was about chess—a game about smarts and staying a step ahead of your opponent—Life of a King. This movie is slightly predictable, but intriguing. It is based on the true story about an ex con artist Eugene Brown who turned into a youth mentor for a bad school. The drama throughout this story was very intriguing however it was predictable. Intense to a certain extent, the movie hits all of the notes that will be told for the background information of Eugene while also inspiring young adults. Brown 's story is very attention grabbing while he gives such a solid performances.

The movie begins with Moses’ mother sending him off in the bulrushes and ends with Moses watching over his people, with the tablet of law in his hands.
